Love panda, the cooks work really hard and deserve probably 85 percent of any praise, in my case 100%. I had ordered online, and was told I need to wait (and interrupted me before I could say a single word) twice by the person who provided customer service. I sat there watching the order they just prepared and put into a to-go pick up bag sit there for I would say the longest ten minutes of my life, and was about a half second from hopping over the counter and grabbing my order when the cook (who was cooking like 3 things at once) noticed me and got my bag. I won't be petty and one star the restaurant because of one employee, but I will say watching my food turn from fresh into leftover quality in front of my eyes, while being told to wait, was torture.
Terrible service, employee was was very rushed and short with me. My servings were tossed in the container and portion sized were off. Tons of noodles under my orange chicken, with q very small amount of chicken (see photos). I've visited alot of pandas expresses but this one was one of thr worst. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. But I won't be returning, nor recommending this location.
Horrible customer service: they list two choices for side dishes, but one isn’t a choice. It’s gotta be rice of some sort. When I told the server I didn’t want rice, she ignored me & filled my styrofoam container with …. rice… when I repeated I didn’t want rice, she was rude giving me major attitude. I asked to speak with the manager. She said ok, then came back with, “The manager isn’t here.” I walked out, went to Five Guys & got a burger & fries. It was great. They staff was very friendly. I’ll never go back to Panda.
Staff here kinda sucks compared to most other locations I've been to. Must be college kids or something because all I ever hear is laughing in the background & the drive thru worker barely playing attention to your order. Food is standard Panda which is nice
They were very busy do to chinese new year. But were nice. Only complaint was my twin and I had to tell one girl four times we wanted 3 orders of spring rolls. Other wise they were ok.
I highly recommend this over the one in the mall less mark up. I used the PayPal $10 and hen you pay with qr code scanning. They have added a few different meats which is nice.
I love their Beijing Beef so I haven’t sampled much of the menu. What I have tried is Green Bean Chicken which is delicious, chow mein noodles which are very boring, but adding teriyaki sauce from the Hawaiian Chicken place really helps give it flavor, Orange Chicken, which is delicious, Pepper Beef is great too, and has a kick. The Panda Express on Gateway in Springfield is the place we go! Employees are friendly! I have noticed that they have no portion control. It’s hit and miss depending on the experience of the server. I did have to point out the containers were about 2/3 full, and another server filled them up. She even opened the other cartons and filled them because they were also shorted. The girl was new and didn’t seem to realize that it was supposed to be full. It was corrected before I left so I’m happy!
This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always good and fresh. My only complaint is the parking lot... it's a nightmare to get into to.
I can't say enough about them, they were so busy and some confusion happened, it turned into a sorta panic. But Emily, I think I had part to do with that. I don't shop here much and was confused. In any case you guys made it right despite everything. Excellent job. I will be back, great job guys. Food was excellent ?!Service was excellent! Definitely be back!
I have never been here before, but I was in a rush for dinner and they were open. I ordered two bowls, one orange chicken one broccoli beef, and the bowls were 90 percent noodles/rice. The broccoli beef had two pieces of beef. Not going back. Taste was tolerable. Service good. Actual food, not what I was expecting.
