Super kind staff! Had one guy being trained and with our large group they remained super kind and helpful to everyone. Highly recommend!
The sweet girl who took my order was very professional and made me feel very welcome. Her coworkers near the front were also very kind and kept the vibe going. It makes me happy to live in the area that I know where to go for good food service like this.
I will never get food from this place. Burnt noodles will two piece of meat!!! I had to spit it out and dump the rest!!!! What a wast of $13 bucks!!! They practice not giving receipts and so I could not get a refund!!! If you want good Ramen noodles there are other places in Eugene that provide very good dishes!!!! Don’t waste your money here!!!!
The employees I encountered were so kind to me, so it’s hard to see their boss berating them in the middle of the lunch rush! Not to mention she is rude to customers, while waiting for my food I saw her take orders but she clearly has no sense of customer service whatsoever! Such a rude lady! Her poor employees! 10/10 food, 10/10 staff, 0/10 manager christine
I do like this place. My preferences are the thicker noodles like the Japanese noodles. Adding steak pieces is pretty good. Adding chicken unfortunately has that fast food texture.Recently had some spicy Korean noodles with steak. It was good but started to wear on me in the end. There was an addition of cucumber slivers which added an interesting compliment to the heat.
It's good but expensive for a large bowl.11$ for the Alfredo
Very good, a consistent location. I enjoy they're several options that make it easy for a variety of people and eating habits to be satisfied!
Amazing pasta! My favorite is the pesto cavatappi with added chicken!!
My fav place to eat but wishing they would bring back the cheese garlic bread Valley River location was really awesome about working with me and making an alternative garlic bread!!
Good service food was okay a small portion of the money.
