Definitely overpriced for what you get. But I'll let that slide because of unprecedented inflation or stagflation or whatever. Unfortunately my wife's Dever omelet was served to her with chard onions. When she complained she was informed by a server/waitress/whatever that "the onions weren't chard, they're caramelized."Not wanting to refute this ignorant statement and embarrass the server/waitress/whatever my wife chose to just smile. Upon returning with my wife's Denver omelet she was informed again that "the original onions were caramelized and not chard, but this time the cooked steamed them."What this server/waitress/whatever didn't realize is my wife is a very well-known professional chef. She has been invited to appear on national TV multiple times and her recipes have been featured on famous cooking shows. With that being said, I'm pretty sure that qualifies her as an expert. And if she says the onions were chard, you can guarantee they were chard.
