Normally they are consistent and accurate. We will now be going to the McD's on Mohawk. We placed an online order, THEY screwed it up and left items off the order. We called, annoyed of course, since we were home when we found the mistake. Our fault, clearly we should have checked the bags before leaving. Quality control needs to be retaught. We got an attitude on the phone and even more when we had to drive back to get the missed food. Unacceptable! Customer service needs to be retaught . I know this will not hurt the store financially.I would just hope management might care .

Worst McDonald's in the land. If they ever get an order right it will be a miracle, and when they come close to getting it right it is either undercooked, over cooked or cold. Incompetence at its finest.

This location is the worst in Springfield in my opinion, I've given them many tries but they never get it right and if you call to discuss it you're met with arguments. You pull up to the drive thru and are met with silence, I understand if there needs to be a wait but its courtesy to inform the person pulling up to the window, not just quiet. On todays particular visit when met with "may I take your order". I started to order my food when she interreupted and repeated the same question. The entire time I gave my order she was half listening I know this because she didnt place the order right on the screen when tried to correct it she would remove the order and redo it wrong again, literally wrote it the same way she did the first time. Its was 2 number 7s, 2 cheeseburger meal only ketchup, so no onion or pickles. When I got home theres pickles and onion and mustard on all 4 cheeseburgers. Saddest part is their drive thru wasnt even busy. Only 2 cars other than us so 3 in total.

This location is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's a normal amount of time, sometimes it's a half hour or longer.Sometimes it's hot, fresh, and delicious, sometimes it's cold, soggy, and kind of gross.And I have been unable to predict when is which. I've gone through a long line quickly and got good food, and I've been trapped in a short drive thru line for over 45 minutes to get food that tasted like it sat there for an hour.The lobby is now theoretically open, but sometimes it's locked and there hasn't been reliable signage to know what to expect.

Since I stopped going out I don't do McDonald's anymore or in a long time and I can't believe how disgusting it was I used to love their chicken sandwich and it was so gross I took two bites out of it and couldn't finish it so depends on if you're still out there eating that junk food as to whether he'll enjoy your experience or not. Haha

Their first try on our order, the burgers came out almost raw, they made replacement burgers, which happily, were cooked but they got the toppings wrong. We decided not to see if the third time would be the charm. At least they nice, even though they didn't get it right.

You guys need to get it together. You’re swimming in parked cars just for small orders. I was parked for maybe about 6 minutes? Just for a 2 cheeseburger meal. They told about 5 cars to go around and park. It didn’t look good. Get help.

If I could give a zero I would...went as far as reporting to Better Business Buero after line piled up behind us, a 20min. Wait and 7 vehicles get serviced in the other line...worst service I have ever dealt with. Even the vehicle behind me had come up and voiced his opinion at speaker.
