Absolutely horrible . THESE PEOPLE spit in my food and I did nothing to them. I tried to order at the window the lady was so rude and I asked her if she had gotten the order and she ignored me I had to keep repeating myself After taking the order she handed me ice cold food so I sat at the window she looked at me and ignored me walked away than i got threatened by them they took my money and refused to give me warm food after taking the cold food back . Hope they enjoy a lawsuit now

I've actually never given a one star review before I've always thought that if I didn't have anything nice to say then why say it all but this time I think it's worth mentioning that my recent experience at the McDonald's on Gateway boulevard was honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life and I understand the stresses that come with customer service. As a matter of fact I've CS myself , actually McDonald's specifically for a couple of years as a "Crew Trainer" years ago. So my friend and I had went through the drive-thru and Not only was the Woman taking orders through the intercom just unbelievably excruciatingly rude so was the Man at the window and to top that off they also extremely overcharged me and was not about to hear anything about that or going to rectify it as they stated it was intentional and I needed to live with it. I've always seen myself as a pretty confident person but these McDonald's employees Honestly made me unfortunately and this is hard to say, the worst that any other person has ever made me feel ever . So just a little bit of a warning for anyone chancing that McDonald's at night.
I tool my cat in for a cleaning and shaving cause her furr has never been this matted up, she's a Persian extreme. I asked for a lion type shave but what I got was a puddle shave . i hate poodles and their looks is what I got. Other than that they did a great job. All my cat does is sit and lay next to me. She loves on me and doesn't leave my side. And her cute pregnant belly is really showing now. Thanks Baileys for taking care of my baby. Ur awesome.
My mama and me too my 3 year old daughter to the gateway location for a happy meal it is a treat for Ellie ro get to go when she has been a good girl all week from the minute we got there it was just rude employees who hated Thier jobs my Mama's in a wheel chair I had my hands full and I kindly asked a employee who was in the lobby if she could hold the door and she said and I quote what now I am a door person then we went to order the girl behind the counter was very rude when we asked a question about a item in the menu she told us she was not the manager and basically she didn't have time to answer my questions I was in shock lol then after we received our food witch was cold by the way what order wasn't right I had ordered and 2 mcdoubles plain because I am allergic to onions and surprise surprise they had onions on them!!!!!!
I went to this McDonalds two nights ago. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. When I got home, I was disappointed. They left the bacon off. So I called them up and they said they would make it up to me. When I went there today, I was surprised the manager came out to talk to me. He said he was happy that I came back and gave them a second chance. I really appreciated his kind words. A lot of managers don't care, nor do they take the time to talk to you. The bacon double cheeseburger I got today was perfect. I highly recommend this McDonalds.
Really no hamburger by the way on both of the burgers! And got an ice cream cone and cashier rolled her eyes at me. When I asked if their machines were running and even apologized for the last minute addition to the order
I order 2 McDoubles and got 2 spicy mcchickens but couldn’t go back through the drive through cause I’d have to wait another 30 mins cause the line got long and the lobby was closed.On my receipt it even said 2 McDoubles. I tried calling to speak with someone and no response. Avoid this one.
I swear this is the best McDonald's around! ❤️ Always get my daughter an ice cream cone and they always make it super tall and awesome for her! You guys rock! ❤️
Took three days of trying to get food. Employees were rude and judgemental toward homeless. Had to go back because order was messed up just for manager to attempt to cheat me of my fries and right sandwich and even had two employees lie for him. Food was good. Loved the crispy chicken sandwich.
