Late night staff is pathetic, except for the cleaning guy, he's cool. I'm a truck driver, so i couldn't fit in the drive-thru. I respectfully got the cleaning guys' attention, and he alerted the staff to the situation. They said they couldn't do anything. I just drove up here from San Diego, and I'm on my way to the East Coast. All i wanted was a little cheeseburger, and they couldn't even do that. I'd give no stars if i could
I have eaten here and done DD delivery. It is always very friendly staff and they always give my dog a treat going through drive through. It can be a bit slow and the food is standard mcdonalds, but overall one of the nicer McDonald's I've been to
Horrible! First, I was in line and 3 cars from other line were helped before he got to me. He dropped my coins and didn't care, gave me no receipt. I get to the second window for the one item I ordered and waited while two girls chatted and laughed. My mcfluffy was sitting on counter whole time. I get their attention, she gives me my shake and walks off so I can't tell her there's a issue with it. Which was it was very melted, 3/4 full, barely any Oreo on top and not mixed. I did stop in here quite often but I won't be going back to this store again!
Literally mess up my order every single time. Never get sauce, no straw, no napkins. Food is always made incorrectly. This store is an absolute joke.
Stopped in and got a couple crispy chicken sandwiches. They were great! Employees were quick and courteous. No problem.
The employees here don’t listen or know how to take an order. Then give u an attitude when they screw up your order. The cook was touching food without gloves on, the girl who was takin the orders was to busy being hugged up with the other employee who was supposed to be bagging food no one has gloves on no one washed their hands. Repeatly touching everything n then trying to touch the food. One girl pulled her mask down sneezed in her hand n went back to makin the food. Literally wasted 30 bucks cause I’m not eating that nor would I feed anyone else that! Most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been to. I’ll go out of my way to go to a different one!
Just got my order and I received this cold fries and old and the ice cream was melt
Three stars because they always forget something for our breakfast. That means someone doesn't eat breakfast . Called the store they said they couldn't hear me so I spoke up. Now they won't help me cause I was yelling
This is my go to place for coffee and drinks. Last week I went and got my large coffee and asked for my usual coffee and creamer on the side and the guy scoffs at me and says "there's a limit. I'm not giving you that many". When I asked (tongue in cheek) what that limit was he said 5. I laughed and asked to speak with the manager. The manager assured me there was no limit but gave me 5 still. I realize I like my coffee a little sweet but have never in my decades (and I'm pretty old) of ordering coffee had a problem. Yes I realize this is a fluke but it seems more and more to happen at this location.
So dumb that we show up 10 min before they close cuz closing early due to weather and they would not cook fries, wouldn't have been a big deal if it wasn't for the fact kids want fries and won't eat them from any where else, just cuz u close in ten min you should remember customer always comes first cuz they make your pay check so keep them happy even if u have to work just a little harder
