The employees did not acknowledge us. There was no cars in the drive-thru, or any customers in the lobby. My friend and I waited for about 3 minutes to be waited on. After my friend and I were discussing how none of the employees said welcome or we'll be with you in a second. They were busy making a sandwich for themselves, and talking about can't wait to get off work. My friend and I left!! Unprofessional.
Well I remember why I don’t go to KFC and this was the absolute worst experience. They forgot an item and I know people make mistake but when we called to inform them that we didn’t get the item the guy working and I assume it is the male manger that is working on Sunday. The worst part is when we called he basically said that we were lying and then when I asked him if he could put our name on a list to pick up next time we visited granted the possibility of me returning is not happening recommended going to the one by Walmart
Good food. They only changed a few things on the menu and they always have original nor extra crispy. So for anybody that says they don't then you are just being n! The female worker named Sadira is amazing, she is hands down the best fast food employee I have ever seen. She easily does the work of 2 and sometimes 3 employees at the same time and I'm surprised that she doesn't get the praise that she deserves! Most of the staff is lazy, not hard working or customer friendly but the woman named Sadira is the hardest working young lady that I have ever met. I choose to go there because when the woman named Sadira is working then I know that my food and my order will be amazing!!
It was great. They have the best coleslaw and brown gravy. I actually buy their coleslaw when I make pulled pork sliders, lol! The only thing about this location is that the front area where you stand to look at the menu seems to always be either sticky or kind of oily. It doesn't effect the food though, so take that as you will. Literally everything else was super clean looking, including the bathroom.
Just a normal drive-thru encounter. Very friendly staff. Food was freshly made. Thanks for catering to my pit-stop!
DON'T USE THE APP! We ordered through the app and it was a disaster. A lot of our order was missing and when I called the restaurant they gave me inaccurate information about the refund process by telling me that I had to do it through the app. I had to search the app to find out how to get a refund which directed me to go to the website. The website told me that there were no cities in Oregon with a KFC, and so it wouldn't let me report a problem through the website. So finally I had to call the KFC corporate phone number and wait on hold for a very long time because that was the only way to get a refund. Then I had to speak to two different people and wait on hold some more in between. All in all, it took nearly an hour of my time to get a refund for my missing items. Besides that, the chicken strips were completely terrible. They didn't even taste like chicken at all. I was convinced that they were the vegan imitation chicken (Beyond Fried Chicken) and my son had to show me the picture of the square pieces of Beyond Fried Chicken to convince me that I wasn't eating that. They were the worst chicken strips I've ever tasted. McDonald's has better chicken strips for less money. I don't know how KFC stays in business. Their food is terrible.
Ordered two SPICY chicken sandwiches with no pickles and a famous bowl. I watch him make a regular sandwich with the pickles and bring it to the window. I ask him if that's a spicy chicken with no pickles to which he replies no and goes back to make another regular chicken sandwich. Still no spicy sauce. He either doesn't know what is supposed to go on the sandwich or purposely did it wrong. This isn't the first time I've had issues getting the correct food from this establishment either. You're better off at the taco bell next door.
This restaurant is under new management and they have changed the menu so that nothing you see on the app or website are even close to what they offer. Thier prices are way more than what you'd anticipate and you can't even get the chicken you want! No crispy chicken? Nope, just original recipe.I was so disappointed with this store that I will never come here again!
Usually pretty good however today i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and they definitely put them on realized it wasn't supposed to have them and then took them off, I could still taste the pickle :(
Sitting eating in my car wondering how Tropicana Fruit Punch sounds like Root Beer and now have nothing to drink with my meal and paid for a drink that is trash too for that matter. Soooo do not need apologies just can y'all do better is all. Thank you
