Jimmy Johns is my go to sandwich place but never had such a sad looking order before - the lack of lettuce and meat was definitely not worth the price at this location.

I always know what to expect when I visit Jimmy John's on Gateway. Great ingredients at a speed that is unmatched. I try to challenge myself when getting a combo to fill my drink before their staff has completed my sandwich. Most of the time, I lose.
Sandwiches were good, but I ordered for event and the sandwiches didn't come in catering boxes as described, but in just a box that was sitting around.
I will never go back and will tell everyone how terrible this place is! The music is so loud I couldn’t give my order or hear what they were trying to say. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.

This Springfield location for Jimmy John's is NOT following the statewide mask mandate. Went in 5 times over the last few months and each time the employees making the food are not wearing masks that cover their mouth and nose. I contacted Jimmy John's each time, but this has gone ignored. They are actively choosing to not enforce mask mandate with their employees.
Ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and it was so delicious! Place was clean and service was stellar and quick!
So much better then Subway. Fast, friendly, fresh. The bread is so good, taste home made. The meat isn't paper thin. My only complaint is there isn't a Jimmy John's on the side of town I live. When we are in the Gateway area this is where we eat.
