My burger was OK, the fries were wonderfully hot and delicious. The dinning room was closed, they only had the drive thru open. It was painfully slow.
If you're looking for something to eat fast this is extremely convenient to the paper mill
Tacos!!! Best cheap tacos anywhere. I wonder if they put crack in them, cuz they are addicting! My 12 year old daughter spent 6 bucks and got stuffed with 12 tacos!Sourdough Jacks are good, desserts were great, strawberry milkshakes delicious.
Store was closed at 930 am. Went through drive through several times. Parked, got and front door was locked, knocked on front door, no response and as I was just pulling away a young lady came out and reported no one came to work today. Also reported owner had sold business back to corporate and district manager, site managers and even HR had quit. Young lady was holding on phone line trying to reach someone from corporate office and after holding for 15 minutes was hung up on. Wondering if Jack in the box is going out of business. So sad for young lady who showed up for her shift dealing with several angry customers who were pulling through drive up and having to let them know they are closed and wondering if she even has a job or if she's even going to be paid??????? SHAME ON YOU JACK IN THE BOX CORPORATE TEAM. DISGUSTING WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
They turn there open sign off way before they close and multiple times I have been told they are out off the normal stuff, like someone was cleaning the grill three hours before close so I couldn't get a grilled chicken sandwich they were out. Good try but I don't go there anymore.
Went there tonight unaware that the hours had changed. There was an employee outside who let us know that they were closed at 10pm. That's fine, we backed up to leave and another employee came out and shouted Ha Ha to us. Seriously? Disappointing the type of people that are being hired to represent the company. Left a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be back.
Late night snack. I'm pretty sure they're open 24 hours!! Double bacon burger was scrumptious!!
Worst service ever. Sat in the drive threw for 30 minutes with only one car in front of me. They had horible aditudes. I got home and my food wasnt even cooked. So i called after the 3rd call they finally picked up. I asked for the corporate number he said he didnt have it which was a lie because i just saw it on the drivthrew window. And i told him that he said well i am in the middle of the store if you want it you can come back and wait in line. I asked for his name and they hung up on me. Very disapointed with this service.
My sourdough jack was good as usual but my girlfriend had a spicy chicken sandwich that was made of chicken strips...kinda weird so not sure what happened there.
