The Lobby was closed so I realize they were short staffed probably and that can be stressful, however they put ranch sauce on my sandwich after they guaranteed there wasn't any in the ingredients, and when they gave us our drinks the small drink lid did not fit and my grandmother spilled it all over herself, they kindly gave us napkins and when we said the lid didn't fit we were dismissed. Granted my grandmother was upset and maybe didn't speak with the most kindness but not even an apology. I also work these kinda jobs and while I understand both sides there should have been more, at least, care taken with our order.
Last time i went to Jack in the box on Pioneer parkway when they actually had a working phone one of the employees told me they allow walk ups in the drive thru so i walked through the drive thru and got to the window and told the lady at the window what i wanted wich was a 10 piece chicken nugget combo and she seriously asked me if i wanted a drink with that even though i said combo and i told her i wanted ranch for the sauce and she said okay so she had me go wait in the grassy area then when my food came up she rudely told the car that was about to pull up to the window you wait then tells me you come here and she tried to forget my ranch so i had to go ask another employee to get it for me if there is such a problem with walk ups in the drive thru open the lobby for carry out since that experience im never going back unless they open the lobby for carryout and the only way im eating jack for now is delivery or if dad takes me through the drive thru
There was a little old lady on an electric chair for transportation and she was in the Drive-Thru in front of me and my dad and my brother, and she wanted to get chicken and gravy in the Drive-Thru she had almost forgot to order because she was staring at the sun because it was such a beautiful day, but they thought she was so cute and they loved it and we did too. They don't do that just anywhere, this place is getting five stars from me. ?
I love that this is one of the last drive thru restaurants that I can get a pre-made salad! Its become more challenging ro find healthy options at local fast food restaurants. I am often in a rush and on the fo and don't have time to wait at other places. Thank you for keeping salads on your menu!
This Jack in the Box was great I ordered a Ultimate Cheese Burger and it was the real size meaning the Jack In The Box by my home in Springfield Oregon shut down with no explanation Hmmmm and there burgers were so small I couldn't believe it I wish they would reopen it now we have to drive 5-10 miles if we want Jack In The Box PLEASE REOPEN THE JACK IN THE BOX ON MAIN IN SPRINGFIELD OREGON THANKS
Never puts a receipt in our bag. It would be nice to do the online survey. Bun was stone cold too. Unfortunately, our other two locations closed, so this is the only one to hit up in an emergency.
Ordered on the app, was charged and showed up to a completely shut-down restaurant. No phone number no help number just a online survey to hope someone responds.
I'm had ordered egg rolls in my order, but they told me they were out. It would have been nice to know this before hand because I paid for these online. No way to get a refund.
They rarely get your order correct. Super frustrating when you get to your destination and find that the food you ordered isn't what you received.
The food was good!!! The fries be on point! Crispy and hot!! The workers are very nice and friendly! ⭐Moises⭐stood out from behind the counter with that big handsome smile made eye contact not with just us but with customers as well! The restaurant was fairly clean, the wait time was less then 3 mins! I checked my food and was correct!! Not only that but it was hot. I'm very satisfied and blessed with this meal! Bless the hands who prepared my food. I know it's a busy restaurant and these workers have to deal with alot of picky people! But I give these workers my respect! Cause I couldn't do it!
