Picked up some French dip sandwiches and pulled pork sandwiche. Definitely good stuff!Tried the deep fried pickles that were amazing! This was a take out order and everything was packaged up nicely as well. The staff were friendly and helped out making sure it was correct before I left.I would order food from there again and would like to try dining in there sometime. Give it a try!

Will not order from hole in the wall again for the money not worth it I wanted Bill & Tim’s but Grubhub doesn’t deliver so wanted to give Hole in the Wall a try bad idea no flavor at all everything bland bbq beans way to much brown sugar all though the mac n cheese was actually good the pork blah the coleslaw was just mayo and cabbage disappointing if you are gonna charge that much make sure it taste good

So disappointing. I picked up the brisket platter with mac and cheese and coleslaw and an extra side of fried okra to take home. My husband was hungry but I wasn't as much so I thought I'd just take a bit off his plate. For a steep $24 and something called a "platter", as well as seeing they had a specific smaller portions menu, I figured it would be plenty enough for us to share. It wasn't even enough for one person. And honestly, I don't know if it could even be called brisket. It was two meager slabs of unseasoned meat with some of their strange BBQ sauce on the side. Despite getting the "juicy" meat vs the "lean" meat, parts of it were dry. The fried okra was about on par with what you can get from Popeye's but for $2-3 more. The mac and cheese was strange tasting, though not bad. I think they might add dijon mustard or something to it. The cornbread muffin was probably the best part, but I can make those at home pretty easily and without having to sink my hard earned money on sad, dry, flavorless meat. Husband seemed to like the coleslaw, I guess. We went because he lived in the area a decade ago and said it was fantastic. He was gravely disappointed as well. Other reviewers also seem to mention that this place has really gone downhill. Seems like they're coasting on all the awards hanging on their walls. It's a darn shame. Check out the Hawaiian BBQ place next door instead.

Ordered from grubhub, where the restaurant was a different name called crave burger. Not a fan of ghost branding for the same product. Forever lost my business. In response to the owners response. No, I see that as false advertising. I figured a new place popped up, was disappointed when it was the same place I've had forever hiding behind a different name.

Just had the 1/2 rack of ribs , it’s a good as I remember from back in the day hiring them to feed my millwrights and electrician’s. Lots of times over a hundred on our maintenance shutdowns. They always took care of us very well.

Food was delicious and the service was very good. People treated you nicely. That's something hard to find in customer service anymore. I highly recommend this place in Springfield.

Very Dine -in and Delivery Driver friendly. Great food and good service. If you come here do not be in a hurry. It is worth the wait.

Best ribs I have had in a long time! Super tender, full of flavor and I would definitely recommend them for an awesome place to eat!

We ordered through Grub Hub. The sodas were just bubbly water. They are not checking their syrup. Sandwiches dry… too much $ for this.

My wife and I were in Springfield, Oregon to visit family in December 2021. We decided to give Hole in The Wall BBQ a try for lunch. Upon arrival, we were immediately seated and greeted by our server Tammy D. She was very nice and welcoming. After we exchanged pleasantries about our visit, my wife ordered the BQ Pulled Pork Sandwich and Texas Potatoes as the side, and I ordered the Tender Smoked Brisket (Juicy) with a side of Fresh-cut Fries. The food arrived very quickly and was excellent. The pulled pork was very tender and flavorful. The Texas Potatoes was so good and like a casserole. The smoked brisket was very juicy and full of slow smoked flavor. The fries were house made, hot and crisp. Tammy brought us four different bbq sauces to try. Two were a lil more spicy than the others. The food and service were both excellent. Give this place a try if you are in the area. Enjoy!
