Edit: I've changed my review. Now suddenly they charge $2.50 extra for Mauna Loa spice levels but it isn't on their menu. I didn't find out until after my card was charged and I saw my regular order came out more expensive. Not cool at all! The Garlic paste doesn't cost that much.Old review: Always great. Just wish they were open Sunday like they used to be.

Must be nice to not need money... "Hawaiian Time," never answers the phone, and then when you go to the site as orders by the voicmale... The door dash grubgub, etc. Is always turned off! Then when you go to oder at the "HawaiianTime" site"online..." It sends you to "door dash!" Not sure what kind of scam that is! But if you don't need our money, or our business just say so! Because some of us don't have the luxury of ordering in, so we don't count as customers!

Can you guys please sell your business! Please either let someone buy you out so they can run your business not run your business in to the the ground like you have. I miss being able to get Hawaiian time whenever I wanted but you only open for a few hours most days and are closed others. You should be embarrassed you have literally no competition and you still couldn’t make it work.

I love this joint but in the last year they have faild on many aspects that drove me to eat here in the first place including: not answering the phone to place an order, online orders have extra charges for some reason, they refuse to give extra teriyaki sauce unless you buy a bottle, the front counter guy is nice but always pressures you into tips (I always tip anyways but don't want to be asked) they quit doing steak and now only have chicken, and last but not least prices just went up. I hope they get it together and improve customer service to its previous glory ? becuse it used to be amazing now its just disappointing.

#5; Appears after the revamp they have lost their flavor. Mac used to be the best around, but this time it was average. Vegetables were bland and even they chicken was not even close to before.Getting rid of the high tables and replacing with metal foldups doesn't helo much either. Such a shame.

I have been a long time fan of Hawaiian time due to the fact their food is always good and tastes the same everytime you go. Not happy that the Springfield location is closed temporarily but understand the reasoning behind the closure.

Call ahead its always safe to plan ahead. My only complaint is there's not 6 stars because this place Deserves it. Tip of the day: If you get extra sauce...just ask for it in a extra bag.. this is user error not there fault its gravity lol. Those sauce gets bunched up and bust all over so getting them in a extra bag alone is the win. You will never be sad after you leave this place, then head over to Good Karma in Springfield and see Anthony,Ray,Shane. Tell them Kentucky sent ya.

Really? The BBQ place next door seems to have plenty of beef. Normally my go to place for grub. Bring back the beef options

Where's the beef???? Sign said interrupted supply lines and costs prohibit the obtaining of beef for the menu. Check out your neighbors supplier. The BBQ beef restaurant next door isn't having any problems. I had chicken instead. Very good but not beef.

Efficient staff and fast service. Chicken teriyaki was great as was the mac salad.
