Remember their cooks are really good so they don't make mistakes and I guess the waitresses too but their open a couple days a week only. I've been going there since the original owner she made the best shakes ever and would come over just to make mine if she saw me she knew my whole family because we were there every week. Those were the better days and this doesn't have to do with covid because the poor service and attitude has been going on before that's why we go about 1 or 2 times a year now. Don't make excuses just provide excellent customer service.
Giant Burger is a "Giant" in the burger world. You can't go wrong with any item from the large economically priced menu selection. Fresh local beef with fresh produce, real hand cut French fries and local Umpqua ice cream shakes and ice cream treatsThe Krusty Burger is my favorite with garlic fries and homemade fry sauce.Krusty Burger: crispy ,beer battered burger topped with meaty choice of cheese, fresh leaf lettuce, tomato, Mayo,mustard, red onion on a butter grilled bun.Delectable, delicious, cravable and doesn't last long on my plate!!!Run, don't walk to Giant burger.
Phoned in an ordered for two burgers and one fry for pickup, they said it would be 30 min. I was ok with that because it seemed they were busy and that's good. Although when we got our order home the burgers and fries were cold, the burgers had no pickles, hardly any onion and a piece of wilted lettuce on them. I like supporting our local restaurants but not for poor food and high prices.
Got 2 burgers, a cowboy and a Hawaiian. Both burgers had excellent meat patties. The Hawaiian was a little lackluster with toppings and the teriyaki wasn't very evident. Cowboy tasted good and was a decent size. Price is on the higher end for the size.

Their FOOD was great... Getting it in a timely manner or getting ANY service was the problem... Our burgers were flavorful, juicy, and delicious! Prices were a little high considering you have to buy fries separately... But my only REAL problem was our service... The waitress was alone ... But there are only 6 tables inside, 4 had people...We never got any refills on either of our empty waters... Forgot an order of fries, and then we stood waiting to pay for 5 mins... ?
The food was delicious. They make a really good hamburger ? here. Great staff and friendly service.

Stopped in for late lunch on a Saturday. No one in the dining room so the service was quick. The food was DELICIOUS. I had a chili burger and my wife had Bleu cheese. Combined with the crinkle cut fries both meals were wonderful. Everything was perfectly cooked. There was so much that neither of us was able to finish. To top it all we each had a milk shake both of which were equally well prepared and delicious. The only reason to hesitate would be the $36 total for lunch. A spendy lunch but well worth the stop.
