We've been coming to Flashback Grill for a few years and it has always been great.The staff does an A+ job, friendly, attentive. The restaurant is always clean, and decor is fun.The last couple times we've been in the food has been so disappointing.I got a club sandwich, unfortunately the turkey was all one solid piece of fat, which was very strange, must have been the "end" part of the deli turkey breast.My wife got chicken fried steak which had a soggy under(not browned) fried crust and the gravy was flavorless beyond some pepper.Another visit my wife got the "living on the edge" burger, usually that's my favorite. It was Saturday 4/16 at around 11 am. She said the burger was lukewarm, flavorless, jalapenos seemed like they had been fried, then reheated. Her words were "it seemed like it had been prepared earlier, and had been sitting around since before we came in".A year ago Flashback Grill was one of our favorite places to go, what happened!?Sorry for the novel.We really want to love Flashback Grill again!
I hadn't been here forever. Well the other day was my birthday and I wanted to take my kids to breakfast. All my go-to places were closed so I kept driving until I came across this place. I was excited to finally find a place open. Then they put the menu in front of me...omgosh everything sounded amazing. I got the Over stuffed hash browns, my daughter got the stuffed french toast, and my son got the kids' chocolate chip pancakes. All of it was amazing and full of delicious flavor. I told just about all my friends about how amazing my hash browns were. I legit went back four days later for the hash browns because I couldn't stop thinking about them. We are all very excited to go back and try more items. My entire family (myself, husband, 14yo daughter and 6yo son) have found a new fave spot.
Great service is excellent. The place is decorated very well I could spend an hour just looking at all the memorabiliaThe food was delicious very large portions.I got the bacon cheeseburger it was perfectly cooked. The fries are amazing they are crispy and you get alot of them. My friend got the Reuben sandwich and curly fries. Her sandwich was so big she took the other half home for dinner. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend eating here.
Oh man, what a let down! Came here for breakfast with my husband and motherinlaw, was a bit busy but we didn't have to wait long to get seated. Firstly, the place is so fun and quirky, differently memorable, love the decor! Staff was polite and had no issue with them. Unfortunately, the food was the problem. NEVER in my life have I ever needed to salt and pepper my food until I came here. The food was greatly missing any flavor or seasoning. We got baked home potatoes, steaks, eggs, and sauces with with NO seasoning. The food ended up being edible but we just cannot return here because of the lack of flavor. Crowds here seem to be on the elderly side so that may be why no salt is added to the food.
Omg! I called THREE times to let them know 14 girlfriends would be coming in for lunch. I called 48 hours before, later that evening and the next day (24 hours) before. Each time the girl that answered the phone said she needed to clear it with the manager. I provided my contact info. The third call I even said I need to make other arrangements if you can’t take us so let me know. I still haven’t heard a thing from them. WOW!!! That’s bad!
The best chicken fried steak we've had in years! Homemade mashed potatoes, gravy and really fresh veggies. We topped them of with yummy pie!Great service too! I'd weigh 600 pounds if I lived near here from the looks of the burgers, French dips, and fish and chips we saw served. Can't recommend enough.
Fish Friday at Flashback is Fantastic!We enjoyed the delicious fish n' chips and house made clam chowder.Flashback Grill is a great place to go for friendly service, good-sized portions, and a fun atmosphere! Try to save room for dessert- the pies are amazing!
It was super good! I have a high standard for damn good down home cooking and this place meets those standards. Also pretty easy on the wallet!!
Great pancakes, very fluffy with an awesome mouthfeel, not flavored with anything fancy so it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet with the syrup. My only problem with it was that it was too big to finish! The hashbrowns weren't anything special, but I'm sure they'd be better if they were the stuffed version and the eggs were decent.The fries were excellent, good crunch and so flavorful I didn't need any condiments either.I don't really have any criticism at all, even the waitress was polite and quick.On a side note the forks are pretty big lol
We had a private holiday party for work. It was such a wonderful time. The food was delicious! They created a menu to our taste. It was very big portions. The staff was wonderful and gentle with the differing needs of our party. We ate dinner and watched holiday movies while we socialized and played holiday games. We highly recommend and would definitely do this again.
