The lady I ordered food from was super rude on the phone and was also super rude when I showed up, (to me and others). She was snappy at me when I mentioned my soup was missing and told me I couldn’t have the soup I ordered and paid for unless I paid another dollar for the container??? You think that’d be something they would’ve mentioned while I was ordering on the phone. Additionally, there was no filling in my wontons?? Like none at all. Just crispy pieces. Food was not great either. Sad I wasted $34 plus on disappointing takeout.
Really did like this place! The atmosphere was nice and most of the food was good, I especially loved our waitress! Never got her name but was extremely nice and was so fun to talk to! Took at star off because the beef pork I had didn't have taste and a argument happens between a customer (who was very much in the wrong) and 3 to 4 of the waiters. I personally saw the whole thing and it freaked me out a bit but our waiter was sooo nice about it!!
As a food delivery driver I had a bad experience with a staff member from that restaurant . The employee is in her 30’s blonde hair and a chubby ( I didn’t get her name) she was rude to me. When I arrived to the place I told her that I have a pick up delivery for a costumer. I proceeded to show her on my phone, the application and the name of the costumer. She told me to wait for few minutes. Later when the order was ready she came and asked me again to show her the name and to press confirmed delivery in front of her. I told her I will do it, to not worry as soon as I get the food and put it inside my bag I will click the delivery button. She was rude, persistent and mean saying she will not be giving me my delivery if I don’t press the button. Again I repeated myself saying, this is my job I know how to do it. To not make the story longer she didn’t gave me my order and I had to call costumer service and explain the situation. Because of her I lost my time and part of my paycheck. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t make other delivery drivers to do the same thing she was asking me to do. I felt offended and racially targeted as a person of color because I have been working in this industry for long time and nobody has refused to give me the costumer order before. I have been picking up other orders in that location before and nobody has asked me to do that before. I want the manager to see this review because she can not demand me or other people to do their jobs the way she wants it to be done.
The SHRIMP ROLLS! You have to try them. I was expecting small rolls but they’re MASSIVE. I always get the lo mein or pan fried noodles and have never had any complaints.The combo platters are pretty phenomenal as well from what my partner tells me. The portions are great for the price.
#1 if stickiness was the goal. Food was okay, but a dirty unpleasant dining experience will get you no where on repeat business. I’ve never had such watered down tea in my life. If you’re gonna charge me $2 for hot tea I’d like a tea bag on the pot lol pouring it out was nearly clear in color.. Please it takes nothing to wipe the salt And pepper or the menus or the sugar. Wipe the walls around the tables every now and again. No one wants to imagine how dirty areas where they can’t see are if this is the way your present the dining room. Was too scared to use the bathroom.
We used to order Far Man frequently five years ago. We got a craving for it so went out of our way to go pick up an order… The employees were nice, but the food? Hmm. It is not attractive looking, it’s all completely bland. Just the biggest disappointment. The fried rice, the chow Mein, and the egg foo young are hard to get down. Maybe I just had a bad experience. Maybe it’s a new chef. I don’t know, but we won’t be back for a long long time.
On February 4th we went to dinner for our 15th anniversary it was delicious and wonderful it is my go-to Chinese food you're the best you're hard to get ahold of but they do honor their hours which is awesome
First afternoon trying the food. It was good mar far chicken, I Love the tea mostly on cold days, My husband didn't like how thick the egg flower soup was. Our waitress was nice an gave our son a teddy he loves teddy bears so thoughtful ☺ ps my cookie had no fortune inside lol
not traditional Chinese flavors and quality. frozen peas and carrots in a stir fry and all breading and very little chicken in the sweet and sour chicken. However the crab puffs were good.
The orange chicken is like McDonald's nuggets smothered in orange sweet and sour. It's so Good. ? ? ? ?. You have to try it. Crispy and sooo good. Also the chow mien with the noodles is fire. Egg flower soup is something to be desired tho.
