Small, diner/grocery store...not a fancy spot, more about the locals and good food. Authentic food. Most likely a family owned business. Chicken enchiladas were very delicious in green sauce. Chicken chunks, not shredded. Flavorful. Chirizo burrito was so, so but generous portions! I would order from here and get to know the favorites if I lived here.
Been coming here since 2008-9 when it was Erica's Meat Market and the tacos were $1.25. The tacos are still the best in Eugene/Springfield. I would take these over Tacovore any day of the week! I grew up on street tacos in LA and this place is right on par with the best. Get some carnitas and carne asada tacos, you will not regret it! Honestly, it can be a little intimidating going in there because it is that authentic, but they are so friendly and make fantastic food, so just do it. This is such a great hidden gem that I recommend to everyone. Oh, and don't forget a bag of fresh chicharrón!

Very authentic! Enchilada sauce is spicy! They do not give chips in salsa like the basic restaurants. A little diamond in the rough!
very authentic. I couldn't really read the menu it was that authentic. wanted birria but they were out. settled for super burrito, my daughter got chicken tamales. she wanted pork but was out. burrito was decent, tamales barely had any chicken and came with no sauce. when asked for red sauce it was clear she didn't speak English. basket of chips had like 7 chips for four people don't think we will be back.

This is some really good food! The flavors were perfectly placed & seasoned amongst the dish. I need to come back here to have more food; I got the chicken burrito last time and it was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone if they want some good food!
