Messed up the order and the driver was not polite or punctual on the first delivery.Called talked to the manager about it was told another driver would bring it,Well it was the same guy as last time,Hands me the pizza says "here ya go" and leavesNo senserity in the mess up of the order same put off attitude and projection of taking things personallyDominos services is sub par and needs a very big overhaul on everything from customer service to consistency in food portions.This was me cashing in my free pizza and spending an additional 13 bucks on top of my free orderRidiculous,.......
The pizza is pretty consistent on what you get and with the coupons and deals they have all the time it is usually a good value for the money.I always order via their App and pickup at their drive thru window with my purchases always paid for when I place the order.I find it EXTREMELY rude and annoying to ask me to sign a receipt when I pick up my order when the only reason to do so would be to add a tip. I always tip at a restaurant or places where there is personal customer service and the workers come to your seat or table but if I drive up to your window other than handing me my order you have only just done your basic job. If I lived in an area where delivered items were available I tip according to how the entire transaction was (speed of service, correctly done, attitude of delivering person, etc).
foul. wrong pizza and missing 2 liter soda??? kept calling right after it was delivered on the ground since no notification came through saying it was otw and have been waiting on the phone for 15 mins. i ordered it not even an hour ago now. Edit: They ignored my call for almost :30 mins and closed a whole hour before the listed time on here. ridiculous.
Ordered twice this month. First time… our pizza was so soaked in grease that we couldn’t even pick the slices up without them falling apart and it was literally dripping grease through the cardboard box. Second time… they forgot our pepperoni on a two-topping pizza. Never had these problems before so I’m really wondering who they hired recently. Super disappointed.
Food is good.BUTDomino's only tips the customer $3 for coming in and getting their orderWhy would they charge $5.99 for a delivery fee?When their delivery people use their own cars and insurance.This is soooo wrong.I know what I'm talking about I used to work in a pizza parlor

Since I couldn’t give them a zero I have them a 1 . There so slow , don’t recommend ! Also the lady was super rude to me when i asked how much longer . Specifically the girl with blue and black hair !
The driver was incompetent and couldn't find my apartment and instead of calling when they were lost they just winged it. My food is cold. I wouldn't complain normally but this is the fourth time that there drivers couldn't find my apartment. And the fourth time I got cold food from domino's. Other places don't seem to have a hard time finding my apartment so I know it's not that. Just that domino's
It's Domino's. The pizza is decent and consistent and reasonably priced for what you get. Delivery is typically fast and reliable.This particular store does not cut the pizzas well for some reason. The cuts generally do not go all the way through the crust. Sometimes it's as if they didn't even attempt to cut it. Then, the slices that do actually get cut are pretty inconsistent in terms of size.
I wish i could put my video up of what i got! I got the chicken fettuccine bread bowl and i couldnt even eat the pasta! My pasta was either BURNT (the ones on top) or covered in RAW dough (ones one the bottom). The dough in the bread bowl was soooooooo raw that i probably could have kneaded it and baked it again myself! It was so raw that it was impossible to eat. It was like whoever made it turned the oven on high got the outside crisp and ther rest was completely raw! Dont ever try this! It made me wanna puke. I hate the texture of raw dough!
