I’ll go elsewhere for bbq. Most of the cooking seems to be done in the kitchen and not the enticing frills outside.
Yesterday I got the tacos special and it was awful. I chose pulled pork as my protein, which was chewy, greasy, and very bland. There was lots of grease pooling at the bottom of my to-go container. It was $13 for 2 small tacos (I'm pretty surethe meal was supposed to have 3) and a side. Also, there were 2 groups of people that ordered just ahead of me, and their orders with multiple entrées were ready in no more than 5-10 minutes, but somehow my one entrée took about 20 minutes. The employees were nice and apologized for the wait, and the Texas toast was good, but otherwise it was probably the worst 13 dollars I've ever spent.

My new place for BBQ. Dined in, welcomed in by a wonderful smoke smell and friendly staff. Absolutely fantastic. Don't forget to save room for dessert.
Unfortunately, the food was of poor quality and slapped together. For a BBQ place you’d expect grill marks on the burger at the very least, but it came out with a slice of plastic cheese on it having never touched a grill. We took one bite and decided to bail on the whole meal. Save your money. You could find a better burger literally anywhere else.
Great spot- plain and simple. The smoky smells and tastes are frankly divine. I tried the sliders with a protein selection as recommended by the staff and I couldn't be more pleased. The cucumber salad was a nice complement and reset my palate for each subsequent flavor. I could see how it could get really noisy during peak times but I'm digging it!
We google-searched BBQ, and Cascade BBQ popped up. We didn't expect much but were totally impressed! The staff was great, kind and thoughtful, and the tri-tip and chicken BBQ were both amazing. We tried the mild, hot, and gold BBQ sauces--and each was delicious in its own right. The cole slaw was fresh, crisp, and incredibly tasty. They have multiple, specially selected craft beers on tap plus regular fountain drinks. And the custom-made cheesecake was the perfect dessert. We don't make it to Corvallis often but will definitely be back!
This place! Go here. The food is fantastic (we got the Cuban sandwich and a salad) and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We truly had a great experience.
Every time we've ordered Cascade BBQ, we've been impressed. Their online ordering process is slick! This time we got sandwiches and wraps. They were huge, enough for at least 2 meals. And, the sides were very generous portions; not little cups! We tried some desserts this time, too; also excellent. Fun thing to do; shop their beverage case for something new to try. Enjoy!
