Filthy restaurant. The floor is so sticky it's like walking on glue. How this place hasn't been shut down by the health department I can't fathom.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a couple bacon burgers and they were cold! ? the person taking the order was friendly enough but the man at the window had really dirty and long finger nails .. and he was messing with our napkins… not trying to be rude but there’s policies to be followed on hygiene..
Gross!!! The one on Mohawk is disgusting! I walked in and my feet stuck to the floor it was so dirty. Everything was filthy and it was freezing cold and there was no drive thru. I will never eat there is again. I walked out in disgust
Went thru the drive thru to order breakfast. Speaker and mic set up was crackling. The drive thru employee was very rude and actually yelled at us. As well as demanding anything else.Went in to talk to management and had to wait anout 5 mins.Even thoe its covid the floor was so sticky o got stuck.When the manager final did get to me she admitted that it was not the first complaint. And that nothing has been done about it. But they will talk to him again.While they were talking to me a past employee came in to use the restroom and the manager turned from me to talk to them without an excuse me to talk about where the past employee works at now.Will not return to this BK. Especially with so many other fast food restaurants so close.
Terrible service! My wife stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and not one employee gave her a look! I would have fired the lot of them on the spot if I was the King! Feel free to PM me for details! It was around 330 pm
Took a while since their system was acting up but well worth the wait! Their meal deals like the 2 for $10 Whoppers are so awesome, I will for sure be coming back!
I LOVE THEIR FOOD. It’s like im in love and i’ve seen their tik tok video of the longest vanila and it wasn’t a waste the workers also ate it. Only thing is that they don’t have all the food or put tomato even though my dad saya no tomatos
I love the service here! The drive thru service is never lacking, they always have positive attitudes. So much appreciated!!
No frills, regular cheeseburgers for me.Unfortunately unmelted cheese.What can you say, other than should have known better.???
Delivery Driver here, I understand needing to close early due to lack of staff, product etc. but it would be helpful if there was some sort of signage, or a message on the voicemail or in this case the DRIVE THRU OPEN sign off and a truthful response. The store was closed 45 min early and when I asked the employee he said Weekdays they close at 11. ??? Your signs say 12, your google listing says 12, 2 days ago when I came here it was 12. Why lie? Randomly closing stores is the new normal, randomly changing lobby hours is the new normal… so please, please, I’m really begging here.. please… create a phone message that tells people you’re closing early or a Facebook post or shut off your delivery orders or personally deliver a song to every person who has been through the drive thru advising of the closure (jk but really)
