I am a DISABLED VETERAN, with a service dog and a service dog in training. Buffalo Wild Wings was more than welcoming to a disabled veteran and his animals on their patio my son and I were able to have both animals with us and enjoy a nice meal. A very veteran-friendly place as well as kind with our service animals. I highly recommend the kind and courteous staff and people that really care for our disabled veterans and service animals what a wonderful place to have in Springfield Oregon!

Leaving two stars because I have had positive experiences but wow.Ordered delivery. One of my side sauces came WITHOUT A LID. What a mess. Not to mention, the other sauces are barely a quarter full? And a couple items are wrong. Next time I will go elsewhere.

We went for my birthday lunch since I'd never been. We had amazing service from Mike K. who was very thorough and quick to help us! He offered more drinks and utensils as often as we needed them without us having to ask! Even provided a nice dessert on the house for the birthday. This guy deserves a raise and employee of the month. 10/10 would recommend and would visit again! You'll be lucky to keep Mike around for years to come, thanks Mike!

The chicken and sauce are always consistent and taste great. The only downside and why it gets a 4 star is due to how much they charge for something as cheap as chicken. Kind of hard to believe that BWW can charge upwards of $1.50 per piece of chicken. Your best bet is always to look for their deals where it's $10 for 10 pieces with fries. They also do other deals like $15 for 15 and $20 for 20. That's your best bet otherwise you're going to spend a lot more.

We ordered thru grubhub....driver was great. Restaurant sucks. No ranch, though ordered. No carrots & celery, though ordered. Missing 10 wings. Fries were stale, onion rings cold. Mac and cheese was congealed. Last chance for us...never again.

They gave me 12 delicious buffalo wings for the price of six, it took them about a half hour to get me 12 wings but they were worth every penny. This place is delicious I highly recommended for sure, plus they have like 50 big screen TVs and all the sports and fights are going on all the time on TVs. Five stars from me.

Great time with the family for dinner ! Only few min wait , ordered right away our food and drinks were there shortly after and it was very good .exactly what we ordered no issues was nice . The staff was excellent and our waitress was awesome overall great experience ,we would gladly tell any of our friends or family to go there .

First off, bad experience but the manager made it right. Wasn't told they were out of onion rings so when the house sampler came with double cheese sticks, which none of us care for, we ordered it for the other three items, we were a bit surprised. The server brought my granddaughter's order and she brought me a cheeseburger and says that the one I ordered was accidentally given to another table and would I take this one as a substitute. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, she brought a burger with cheese curds on it. I told her no that I would like what I ordered. So she took that burger back and brought me another one. At this point, my daughter had to ask for her food. The burger she brought this time was a double cheeseburger, no bacon. So I tell her that this still isn't what I ordered, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. She says so you want bacon? Yes, please. I told her to leave the burger and just bring me some bacon. Ten minutes go by, no bacon. The girl who took our order, not the server, asked if everything was fine so we told her what had happened. She said I will get the manager for you. She comes back and said she can't find him anywhere. Another ten or so minutes go by, still no bacon. Then a female manager stops at our table and apologized for our experience and comped our meals. It was frustrating but it wasn't worth getting upset and taking it out on the employees. A lot of places are understaffed or have new, barely trained employees and going beserk on someone over a messed up food order is crazy, at least, in my opinion.

Partner and I ordered online through the Buffalo Wild Wings app they provide, but conveniently there isn’t a way to contact the store or put in a complaint about an order… our main order of 10 pc boneless wings was forgotten, I called into the physical location and both of the waitresses were helpful in letting me know that the manager would give me a call back and issue me a refund of the missing food from our order either yesterday or today, which hasn’t happened yet.The experience left a sour taste in our mouth, we would just like the refund of our missing food item.

Will definitely not be going back for awhile. I ordered via phone. The person taking the order was rude and had a tone. When I went to go pick it up, the same person that took the order was the one to charge us. I asked her to repeat the order because I knew it was a large order. Once she finished the transaction she said she was going to get our order…never did. She just stood there. My partner had to go get our order as she watched. He read the receipt before we left to double check our order. Once we got home is when we noticed they messed up the order. No fries for all bundles that we bought. We asked for boneless for one of the orders and they gave us bone. Asked for half mango habanero and hot, we got all mango. Called to let them. Manager was helpful and offered refund. But definitely not the best experience
