I remember big town hero, years ago in Anderson, California at the factory outlets, and I was so excited I found them. Then a short time later, it left Anderson. Now I'm here in Eugene, Oregon, and found out there was one here!! The place was very clean, and the workers were very nice and welcoming. My friend and I were the only 2 customers. The bread was just as I remembered. So soft and fluffy. I deffinately would choose this sub place over most others.
I asked for a toasted turkey, bacon, avocado on wheat to go. It was not toasted and it was not on wheat bread, pretty sure it was onion. I got overcharged, not sure why. The quality and the presentation of the food is not that great either Needless to say I will never eat there again. I don't know why it's so hard to give people what they ask for, it was a simple sandwich so I'm not sure why they couldn't get it right
Good sandwiches, great customer service at this location, clean store
Be aware! They use normal size toothpicks to hold the bigger sandwiches. Got a sandwich to go and took a bite and the tooth pick stabbed the top of my mouth. The toothpick was hidden in the sandwhich. Wish they either used bigger toothpicks where you can see it sticking out from the top or use something else that can be seen better!!
We went in 7:50 pm ask if they they where still open she said yes but can't make us any food because they were closing in 10 minutes maybe they should change their hours of operations to 7:50 not 8pm
This afternoon at about 3:15 pm, I picked up a large Rueben sandwich on white bread to split with my wife at home. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich - it was disappointing. For the $9.40 (plus $2.00 tip - given when I ordered), total of $11.40, this sandwich lacked enough filling contents, specially in pastrami and sauerkraut. The young people staffing the restaurant at the time seemed to be more engaged in their personal conversations than getting orders out in a timely manner, too.Back to Jimmy John's next time. Please try to improve.
waited over 25 minutes for 1 basic cheese and turkey and lettuce sandwich. everyone else was served before i was when i came into an empty building including a large group of girls so annoying. rude staff, dirty, unwhipped tables, sticky door handles. way over priced and it’s not good. never will i ever go back.
Always understaffed, even prepandemic, so call ahead with your order. Otherwise be prepared to wait 20 minutes.
The worse sandwich I have ever had. My 5 year old can do better. Don't waste your money.
I really wish this place was better.. So much potential. One person working is not enough.
