Good pizza. Just wish the Sicilian style was actually available ,like the menu says.
Crust is amazing… everything I would have wanted in a NY style pizza except the gray undercooked/cooked but rancid bacon that ruined the pie. We all know the flavor of bad bacon on a pie. And we got it. Gross. Really wanted to love this place, ended up tossing the pizza :(
The two guys working were GREAT. Good senses of humor, very pleasant demeanors, upbeat atmosphere, great food and fast service. They even gave us a free pizza!!
The restaurant staff and food were great, but the 3rd party who handles their website orders was poor. I ordered through the website but then received a text message from the service saying one of the three things ordered was unavailable and what would I like to substitute. I responded with a substitution. When I arrived to pick up the order only the substitution request had been told to the restaurant and there was plenty of the original item. However, that's on the 3rd party not the restaurant. I was impressed with how quickly and friendly the restaurant staff corrected an error that wasn't even theirs. Everyone in our group enjoyed the food. I didn't try the meatballs or the pasta dish they were with, but the meatballs were huge and the person who had the dish said the flavor was good. I tried both the meatball parm and moss crossing strombolis. Both were really good, but personally I preferred the meatball a bit more (probably because I'm not much of a cooked spinach person).
I love New York Style Pizza and Bartolotti 's has it right! It was like being back home. The Pizza's tasted and felt like New York's finest! Will be back!
Possibly the worst pint pour I have ever received living in Eugene. I never leave negative reviews but this was bad and I was treated horribly when asked if I could have my pint glass filled.
If this place was in Italy or New York or San Francisco it certainly would not rate five stars but here in Springfield Oregon I wish I could give it six. I’m a light eater and I was here alone so I didn’t even try the pizza or the Stromboli. I had a small Caesar salad. Why they call it small I will never know because it was enough for two people. The main reason I came here is because I saw that they had cannoli on the menu. And this is the main reason that I am giving it five stars. Now, I have certainly had better cannoli in Italy and other places but just to be able to get it here in Springfield Oregon and have it be completely acceptable is a rare treat. Thank you for making my time here more bearable.
I haven't sat down and ate inside the restaurant but this pizza is the best in this town and (imo) possibly the state. If you're a lover of fresh AUTHENTIC NY style pie hit this spot. Always fresh always worth what you're paying for. Just really good pizza.. thanks yall
Light and airy atmosphere. Right past plank town on main. This Pizzeria has fresh ingredients and I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and knows how to make pies! If you've found this review to be helpful please like it??????????
Waste of money for a greasy cheese blend pizza that was supposed to have fresh tomatoes & basil with garlic on top of the Marge pizza. Unappetizing ugly pizza. How this place got over 4 stars is amazing. Pizza makers should at least try to make it appetizing. No creative thought went into making this pizza for sure. Cute place. It needs to live up to the ambiance. So bad we won’t go back.
