Was so happy to see this spot and really enjoyed the drinks. I even came back before leaving town. The milk teas and smoothies were really great. Not too sweet and really constructed. The boba was a good texture. Would love to try thr bubble waffles in the future! Will definitely be back next time I'm at the coast
Best boba tea and other creations on the coast. Owners are true certified experts in tea with formal education overseas. They are very consistent with the product they put out and it is the owners who run the day to day operation. Wonderful people and fantastic flavors in a fun atmosphere. My wife is hooked on the #4 Roast Oolong Milk Tea with brown sugar bobas. I've tried several blended smoothies and each one is a quality refresher, especially #19 Guava passion fruit orange with bursting boba. Soo good. #18 is great too. Will return this summer to get more options. Mark and his beautiful wife are truly tea artists!
I absolutely love Tea Artist! It is very hard to find places that offer warm milk tea, and not only do they have it, but they have so many options! And everything is beautiful. Don’t expect to get your drink in some plain solid white cup, expect an artistic masterpiece!
My oldest requested bubble tea and this place did not disappoint. It was a fun experience for my kids. The atmosphere is really bright and fun. The drinks were delicious.

Great Quality Bubble Tea that is made to order and very fresh! The owners are very friendly and welcoming! They're also the only Café in seaside open past 4:30 (when Starbucks closes) where you can hang out with friends or study! Will definitely be stopping here regularly while I'm in town!
Great milk tea and an extensive menu. Really helps make my wife feel at home. We go very often and are never disappointed, the staff are helpful and personable. Always a great vibe and everyone is very happy and ready to make some truly delicious drinks! 10/10 a must for all locals and those visiting the area!
I bought the brown sugar boba milk tea. The pricing was standard, $5 for a 16oz. The people there were friendly, and service was quick. However, the tapioca was overcooked and there was cross-contamination with the other toppings, there were a couple bits of jelly floating in mine. I'm luckily not allergic to any of the other toppings but I know people who are, and a bubble tea place really ought to have more meticulous practices in place to prevent that sort of thing.
