This place has went down hill we travel 30 minutes to get food here. The last time we were there they came out 20 minutes before closing and said we are out of food please leave. Every time the food is horrible. Tiisnn be place use to be super good but not any more.
The food was fine but there was a literal child working. She was like 10 years old and taking people's payment.
Worst Taco Bell around has half a menu and was told the grill doesn’t work for crunch wraps but they failed to mention that means all the food that comes out will be ice cold :( I have been a couple times and have left disappointed every time :( p.s nothing to do with the one star but they don’t carry Cinnabon delights which is kinda sad
Just a bunch of burnt out teenage stoners that don’t care. We received cold food out of the drive thru. Never asked us what drinks we wanted. All the burritos were half full, all the tacos were full of lettuce. Some with no meat with broken shells.
Sat at drive-thru for 4 minutes without even being acknowledged. No mobile or online order (and online coupon) options as this location "doesn't have any affiliation with the website". Employee was rude and short and sighed at us over the intercom. Limited menu that doesn't allow for any customizations. Will not be back. Suggest any one that has the option, go elsewhere. Oh, and the food was bad as well.
My girlfriend and I went thru the drive thru . We ordered #8 Doritos locos taco.We returned home as we began to eat our tacos but the taste and smell was horrible . The shells tasted like paint chemical. Or something they had obviously obsorbed. So we called to let them know that there was something wrong with the shells. A employee answered the phone and hung up on me as soon as I kindly let them know that there is something wrong with the shells. We tried calling back to talk to a manager but they wouldn’t answer the phone . Very unprofessional for them to disregard my complaint by hanging up on me.
The guy in the drive thru was awesome. Food was cold. Dude caused me to leave more stars than i should have. Wish i caught his name. But it was on sunday april 24th around 9pm 2022. Give this guy a raise. If not for him you would have gotten one star.
I used to love Taco Bell, but of late everything has gotten so spicy by default that I can no longer eat here. I got a couple of Cheesy Gordita Crunches and a Burrito Supreme and all three were so spicy as to be uncomfortable to eat. This has been a trend with Taco Bell for a while now and unfortunately it means I will not be eating here anymore.
Person that was taking the order was extremely rude the person at the window was nice but they need to learn better customer service
Food was good but you have to eat in your car still. Need to get the lobby open.
