Completely wrong order not once but twice for our office. When a staff member called to correct it they were incredibly rude and hung up on her while she was talking. When she went in to the store to get a remake or refund for the sandwiches they said they’d call the police on her and she’s not welcome there! She asked what she’d done wrong and again asked for a remake or refund. They finally refunded but absolutely awful customer service experience.Very disappointing.
This location has always been disgusting. The food hygiene alone is vomit inducing. To top it all off the customer service is toxic. Seaside needs to shut this place down.
Black mold, bad manors, wilting veg and nasty meat. Jackass should do a stunt where they attempt to eat one of their subs.

Worst customer service since day 1!! I never see a smile, always having complications, I get told it's closed when they are NOT! LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS!! LEARN YOUR PLACE IN YOU LINE OF BUSINESS. I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. I WOULD NOT REFER ANYBODY YO EAT AT YOUR ESYABLISHMENT
Even though there was only 2 employees preparing sandwiches for on-line orders and for walk ins the service was worth waiting for.
Melissa was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and a great attitude. Made us feel so welcome. She also made the best sandwiches that we have ever had at any Subway.
The Seaside location has excellent friendly service. They go out of their way to fix the sandwich is exactly the way you wish everything fresh and good
Almost no food options, and nothing seemed fresh. The employee had an air of nonchalance about him to the point that it seemed like he didn't work there. He was standoffish and uncooperative, but only because it looked like he didn't want to be there. The bathroom was trashed.
