Great selection, awesome ice cream. Had huge selection of salt water taffy, even pop rocks!!!
The ice cream we had was really good. The cute girl working with curly hair . Extremely nice and helpful.prices are a little bit high. For tillamook ice cream .other then that it was a good experience.
The ladies there were super nice. Had so much variety of taffy. Visited a number of times. Lots of chocolate goodies
Literally THE WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Amongst other things like rude employees…. When I asked for a specific piece of fudge they told me “that’s not how it works, you get the end piece or buy both”… then the manager rudely walked away. I’m sorry, but I thought I was the customer… you know the one who’s paying you money?! I wouldn’t think it would be to hard to have decent customer service at a candy store of all places. Apparently the gloomy weather reflects in the attitudes of these people. We’ve come here every trip multiple times a year and they used to have a great selection and now it’s expensive gas station candy. There are plenty of other candy stores to visit on Main Street. We will never return here. We left without buying any fudge because they didn’t simply want to have a happy customer. Hopefully they actually read their numerous one star reviews and make a change. I’m literally speechless about how we were treated.

Over size portions on the ice cream, which was a welcome, unexpected blessing! My daughter tried the Fruity Pop Rocks flavor and the Bubble Gum flavor. She recommends the Pop Rocks Ice Cream!

Visited this candy shop over the summer. Rudest people ever, the owner or whoever the guy was, started yelling at people for going in an area that was closed off. NO signs were posted to say so. The cashier was the only nice thing in the shop, poor girl.
been coming here for years. never experienced a problem until a few months ago.. i tried calling management but they had dodged my calls left and right for MONTHS. finally i came back into town and spoke to the manager, Amanda, and she was amazing. she helped me with everything i needed and let me know they’re under new management now. she was extremely apologetic despite not having caused any problems, and provided good service.
The employees don't seem to enjoy being there. There was no greeting when I entered or as I paid for my items.The selection of candy is decent. Some of the taffy needs to be replaced, it was like biting a rock. I'll keep coming back though due to certain flavors of candy and soda being available at Seaside.
