We had a large group reservation. The person handling the large group was friendly, quick and attentive. She made recommendations that turned out excellent. There were multiple drink orders, food orders and people arriving, it did not phase the server or the kitchen. We all had an excellent time, would highly recommend.
Service was okay, server seemed uninterested in helping us beyond just bringing what we asked for. Only two of our 6 meals were any good. The ciopinno was very good and so was the fish and chips. Scallops were awful, no sear on them and the jam was not good at all. Vegetables were coated in oil.
AMAZING!!!! loved every morsel. Robin was a wonderful server! Thank you so much for such a delicious dinner at the coast.
The daily special Broccoli Cheese soup is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the Prime Rib dip. Most places serve thinly sliced meat, here they serve a normal slice of perfectly cooked Prime Rib. Highly recommended. 5 stars
We all had something different. The club sandwich was great, cheese burgers were amazing. The halibut fish and chips some of the best I have had. The chowder, however, was disappointing. It was so thick it literally did not fall off the spoon. We sent it back. The waitress was nice and took it off the bill.
Still waiting for the check after 30 minutes, asked for my dinner salad BEFORE the rest of the food, I got it about 5 minutes before my lunch was served. Server was nice and gave a good recommendation for a drink that I liked but seriously……had to ask for water, had to wait 15 minutes when I got here before I was acknowledged after sitting down. I’ve asked for my check 3 times now. I’m sitting with my coat on and wallet out and they’ve come and cleared the table only leaving me with a water (the one I asked for since it was never refilled or even offered) how much more clear of a sign do they need that I want to leave?!?! I definitely will NOT be back. It’s 3pm for crying out loud so not even rush hour. For their prices the food wasn’t as good as many other places around and at this point I just want to leave!!! FYI it’s now been 40 minutes and still waiting.
We had a group of 12 and got right in and the food was great! Fish tacos, fish and chips, clam chowder, and chicken poblano soup of the day was all good and service was good. Too cold to sit outside by the fireplace seating but we’re all glad we went there!
Usually dine here 1-2x a year during coast visits and always good. We got right in despite it being a holiday and it seeming short-staffed, like most places right now. The employees there did a great job despite this and were pretty attentive. Food was good, but came out kinda lukewarm and not hot. This seems to be common in a lot of restaurants we've been too lately so it was disappointing but didn't ruin our experience.
Good food and drinks. Fun to sit outside and keep warm on an otherwise chilly night. Also tried breakfast and it was very good as well. Friendly and helpful staff. A little pricey but not unreasonable given the selection, quality, and portion sizes. Would definitely dine here again.
Loved it, steamed clams were amazing and so was the beer and steak. It’s also open late which was great
