Okay, let me just start. The portions are HUGE! My husband was so happy about this, as he stored his leftovers to enjoy later. 10/10 for value.The reason why I am giving it four stars is that the flavor is lacking some sauces. Namely, the lemon sauce. It tasted more of sugar than it did of lemon. It was definitely not punchy, but subtle and sweet in flavor. If that is your style, that is great! I - however - want to taste something where the zest does not shy away from a little kick.
Nothing special. Mediocre version of fake Chinese food. Had the Mapo tofu and it was missing the main 2 flavor profile ingredients.Sichuan peppers and black bean paste give this Szechuan inspired dish it's flavor profile. They are merely using a pre bottled sauce that is extremely sweet and adding tofu, a few other ingredients and ground pork. If they would have called it Yan Yan tofu I wouldn't have been so critical, but don't label it an authentic dish and then serve what they did. Try it for yourself, it is just not my cup of tea. I asked the server about another authentic dish Cantonese style Pan fry noodles. They actually make it like a lo mein which is totally incorrect and she said that's how we do it here. Then don't call it Cantonese style Pan fried noodles because you know it's incorrect as well. I run into this all the time and the owner is making a fool of his customers thinking they don't know the difference.
Traveling through Salem and stopped in. The food was hot and delicious. Service was amazing though we were only ones there. Good value for the money. Highly recommend!
Excellent Chinese food, generous portions, and attentive service, means we will be eating here again soon. The menu is broad with most prices around $10. We had the curried chicken with a medium spice level, it came with egg rolls, heaping mounds of pork fried rice, and an exceptional egg-drop soup as a starter. We were promptly seated and served hot tea.The bill for the two of us was about $18. There is ample parking.
This place didn't look very clean, some of the booth upholstery was being held together with packing tape. The waitress although she wore rubber gloves, when she took them off she laid him over a wall to be used again. They should have been thrown in the trash. The food was stacked high in the plate which was a 9 inch plate and was falling off the sides. They should have used a larger plate or served the food on different platters. I don't particularly like a egg foo young on the same plate with chow mein. Although the waitress was very pleasant the place really needed a makeover and it didn't appear to be very clean. I would have loved to see the kitchen, however if I I did see it I probably wouldn't have eaten there at all. The fried noodles smelled rancid which tells me the oil that they're using is very old. The chances of me eating there again? I seriously doubt it
Oh my the food here is EXCELLENT!!! Tastes amazing and ALLOT of food for a great value! Will definitely be eating here regularly now... Thanks for a fabulous dining experience!

Myself and wife drive an two hour round trip, just to eat here. The food, customer service, employees are top notch! When ever we find ourselves in the valley, we always stop for lunch or dinner! I can't say enough good things about them, we've Never left disappointed.Justin.
