Waited 10 minutes to get to the drive up window (there was only one car in front of me) and the person in front of meturned their car off probably from waiting so long. Then I get to the window for 3 items and have to pull forward and wait another 10 minutes. Also, no one came to the window and let me know anything and left me there for 5 minutes before telling me to pull up and continue to wait. Dissatisfied with the customer service I received. When I worked fast food, we were told to open the window and acknowledge the customer’s existence.Edit: still waiting but good news they served the 3 cars behind me even tho i just ordered chicken nuggets.
This was my second visit at this Wendy's and it was absolutely awesome. The restaurant is clean, the staff is on top of things and, most importantly, the food is amazing. Things usually start at the top and it is no surprise that the manager at this Wendy's is on it! It tickled me that out of all the hundreds of people she waits on in a week, when I arrived for lunch she remembered me by name and made me feel so welcome. I heartily recommend this Wendy's! ?
These people have to deal with the most ridiculous things on top of the normal awful things working fast food has to offer. Not only do they show up with a smile and make food for people who are angry and ungrateful, they have to deal with the growing junkie/homeless population harassing customers and crew members. I've grown up in Salem going to this location and the food is always great. I worked there as a teenager and saw a little of that they had to deal with in the 2000's. It's gotten much much worse, especially after Covid. Please be patient and thank anyone who actually showed up to make y'all food!
I think dakota is the best wendy’s worker ever, he was so helpful and so sweet all hail dakota he gave us extra chicken nuggets god bless him he’s amazing!!!! dakota if u see this please add me on snap @bellar1331 ???? if ur the manager tell dakota to add me, sincerely bella ♥️♥️♥️
I don’t eat fast food very often but this is my go to! This Wendy’s always has the friendliest staff and the food is always perfect! The lettuce is crisp and the tomatoes are cold and fresh! The buns are soft too. The burgers are always just the way a good burger should be!
Horrible service (Aaron and Michelle) and even worse food. They forgot to give me my hot honey chicken sandwich and the food I did receive was cold. The burgers are over cooked yet feel like they just came out of the fridge. I tried to call in for assistance but the phone has the “not in service” dial tone. This is my third and final attempt at this location.
If I could give this Wendy's location negative starts I would. The wait time is extremely long. I have sat in the drive through line for 40 minutes before I ever got to order.
I used to go here regularly, but I won’t be back. I’ve tried to go a couple of times recently but the wait times are so long (longest I waited was 15 minutes with 0 movement in line before leaving). The line is often blocking Lancaster, and it’s not because they are busy, it’s because they are unjustifiably slow. This is “fast food.” Until this place can do better, just go somewhere else. No burger is worth waiting an hour for.
Jan. 21, 6:45pm - Hard to believe that a Drive thru could be so poorly managed. We spent almost an hour in the line before getting to the front, They said that they were training new staff, but that should not come at the cost of 15+ minutes per car wait times. They had at least 4 people in there, at least one of them could have been actually making our food.
I love Wendy’s, But this location is having some difficulty. We waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru, and only one car was served. We talked to the manager, who had 5 employees in store, but no good explanation for why the wait was so long. A door dash driver further up in the line said he had been waiting for over an hour and a half. For the owner of this Wendy’s: please check your management. At store on 1/21/22 7:30pm.
