French fries were lukewarm and dried out ... unappetizing!⬆️ For the manager: ➡️ hey also, I'd suggest you find someone more warm and communicative at your cashiers window. The gal that was working had -zero- personality and when she gave me my change back it was just plunked down in my hand without saying a word ... she is the face of your business!
I ordered my food through the drive-thru this morning I requested for breakfast sandwich that did not have a bun because I'm allergic to . The employees seemed very cold and rude and I felt like something was up when I opened my sandwich it was had eggs that weren't even cooked and a big black hair in it. it was disgusting I called to let the manager know and she seemed irritated that I even called to let them know so I won't be back.
I haven't eaten at Wendy's for almost 2 years.....still the best fast food burgers around! The customer experience is always at 100%.One complaint.....the fries were very salty and they ate not like this... somebody in training?
Bed day at Wendy's. The single cheese burger was dry, the new fries smelled and tasted burnt. The only good item was the double cheeseburger. It was perfect. The new fries suck. These especially since they tasted burnt.! Normally I would have rated higher, but not today. Sorry.
So unprofessional it’s obvious this is fast food service but it’s not fast it’s 30 MINUTE WAITS AND STALE AND OR SOGGY OLD FOOD! Fries were spat out and two Large fries thrown away, my girlfriend’s burger was thrown away after it too was cold and soggy, very poorly put together. Frosty was fine. If I hadn’t lost my appetite from the customer service and then soggy fries I’d try my burger. It looks fine but OUR FOOD WAS ORDERED TO BE PICKED UP IN LOBBY BUT YOU GUYS DECIDED TO CLOSE IT WITHOUT US KNOWING!!! Staff should spend less time dropping F Bombs and joking and more time working. Maybe that’s why they close it early is so they can spit profanities and goof off more. Glad I found a job before getting one here. You guys need more than just more workers.
Fast pacing, super nice drive through lady (around 3ish 1.24.22) she was so nice order was perfect and she gave me a handful of ketchup like a normal human instead of 2 packets so bonus for that ! Bomb burgers tho ! Cheddar bacon burger !
Rude customer service Horrible food!!!!Food was pure grease ruined shorts with the burger that was still in wrapper nuggets definitely are fun sized and the burgers where sloppy didn’t eat any of the food
Food was great! Excellent speed of service. The order taker was friendly, however, in this instance the person collecting and handing me my food was not exactly on his A- Game. Might have been having a bad day... I'll still come back!
The food and employees are great at this location. I rated it a 4 because they keep closing indoor dining. I know that they are short staffed, but being in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get food sucks. When they forget something, I call and they run it out to me to fix it. They are good people there, they just need more employees to keep the dining room open!
Bad experience employees were rude. I have an onion allergy and requested no onions an employee came to the window complaining that I requested them to make sure there no onions. She stated she can't help the cross contamination then I get home and one the ingredients to a sauce u could see onions in it but they still put it on it common sense is not common.
