This place was awesome the food was amazing. The waiter Andrew was awesome. I got the pork tacos and my girl got the thia peanut bowl
Most of the time the service and food are good. Today I had to wait 25 minutes in my car and I finally decided to go inside to get my order. Nicole was the person who was supposed to bring it to my car. She was less than concerned when I told her I was outside waiting. She argued about the amount of time which was pointless because I have the text confirming when the order was ready for pickup. I recommend Venti’s south as long as you don’t have to deal with Nicole.
Disappointed.. every time I attempt to eat there it's a mixed bag food is usually good but service always questionable to say the least. It was like is there a freaking adult working there? From very loud inappropriate music to we literally had to ask them to turn it down .only did after a while to playing more appropriate background music.when few more folks started showing up again where are the adults?? If I want that atmosphere I would of went to a bar and not with my Family. For nice Easter brunch...overall think??? About setting and service....
I have never been disappointed with the food here! The service at times can be kind of questionable. We were grateful that we weren't in a rush the last time we went, because the service was pretty slow. We enjoyed a beautifully sunny outdoor seat on the patio. We'll be back.
I love Venti’s and have been to both locations a number of times. I’m just posting a review today to make sure people know that they are not open on Mondays. I called the restaurant trying to confirm due to the inconsistencies online, and their outgoing message says they are open seven days a week. They are not. I did confirm this through a Facebook message with them. Thank you Venti’s for responding so we were disappointed finding the doors closed. ?
Venti's has the most delicious variety of food on one menu that you'll see anywhere in Salem, certainly; maybe anywhere in the Willamette Valley. I haven't found any place that tops it.I've loved it fit years and even when I had to go gluten-free (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), it was the one place I would still trust to handle my food safely so I didn't get a rash and wake up unable to move my swollen knuckles, or any other joint. I would eat here all the time if I actually ate that much.
I like Ventis. They have a variety of different items. Many healthy choices as well. Bowls wraps salads soups burger Great beers. Good service.
I ordered a vegetarian burger and they served me a real meat burger I called them to get a refund and was told I would get one but never did. My sever was very rude and when I told the manager how she acted he told me “I’ll ask her” like of course she’s not going to tell you how rude she was to me.. all in all I would never eat here again simply because it seems like they don’t care much about customer service or guest satisfaction plus I could of been allergic to real meat or something and thank goodness I’m not.
Ventis is a constant for great food, excellent drinks and superb customer service. The sweet potato fries were almost desert worthy as I enjoyed a raspberry/tequila cocktail… I was compelled to order a second drink.
Just called and asked about outdoor seating, was told the wait time, totally fine. Asked if we could get on a wait list and the guy said no we'll see you when you get here, bye, and hung up. Was going to switch and place an order but I guess the employee made the decision for us.
