Outstanding food! We have been here at least 3 times, and they never disappoint. They have an excellent happy hour menu with great portions and all the food is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Not impressed. We had salads. Very bland and lettuce wasn't cut up. We won't be back. Music was weird, but not too loud.

I've been a Venti's customer for 10 years. Back before downtown's remodel or the expansion on Commercial. I would kick it with one of the chefs and would come by nearly every week. It would not be an exaggeration that Venti's Spicy Mac was a regular topic of conversation while at other restaurants. I would always send friends here when they were passing through. That just isn't the case anymore. This review is in the vein of "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed".Over the last 6-7 years prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Gradually food has become less rich with lower quality. Simple plates replaced by flavorless, but trendy dishes. Today, the Mac and cheese was oily, bodiless, and hardly spicy. The street tacos were bland, full of soggy meat, and overall not appetizing. That's $17 for the mac & $14 for the tacos. There has been more than one day over the last few years when dishes have come out cold.I don't believe this has anything to do with individual employees. The years over which this decline has occurred can only come from one place, management. The choice of ingredients, instructions on how long to take on a dish, and where the company spends its time and money are all at play here. The cool thing is that management also has the power to make changes for the better. Return to a simpler dish format, emphasize quality over speed, and work with higher quality ingredients that carry the richness Venti's food used to have. If those things return, the prices would make sense but as it currently stands the price is no longer commensurate with the food being served, in my opinion. I hope things change for the better.

Food, service, atmosphere, quality, on point. Love it. (good music playing in cafe too)

I haven't ate at Venti's since I moved away from Salem but it's more upscale these days with the amazing flavors and dishes I remember from way back when. Awesome Korean BBQ! The curry fries were delicious! Spicy Mac was great! Hummus falafel plate was good! Tasty drinks!! We very much enjoyed our lunch!!!

The food is amazing! Prices unparalleled. Cosmetically on point! Wide open spaces and mellow ambiance. The indoor plants need a little TLC but we will gladly return. Lavender lemon drop with marionberry lemon cheesecake ? ? ? no cap, call me cupid. ?

Venti’s is an excellent place. Many vegan choices, in fact it is hard to decide what to get. The vegan nachos with jackfruit was excellent, I’d love to know how they made the vegan cheese. The vegan tempeh blt ( they call it something else) was also good. It would be nice if they had table service instead of ordering at the counter but that id the only complaint. Will definitely go again.

Really felt like this was a healthy option for lunch. Their bowls are notable...and every one I've had has been a winner. Very clean restaurant following Covid protocols to the "T". Service was spot on and quick. The menu is extensive, but I've not ventured beyond the bowls. Yet. Two locations right now, this one downtown is convenient to the Capitol.
