My favorite Mexican food in SalemI have dietary restrictions and they are always able to subtract/substitute ingredients from their dishes to meet my needs. Rolled tacos and supreme fries are my favorite items. If you like spicy be sure to ask for the creamy spicy sauce
I eat here all the time... and today I don't think I will be going anymore. Me and son love there breakfest burritos so we went to the drive though on our way to work and no one was answering the drive thru so we went to the window and the lady just stared at me for five minutes. So we left, but I still wanted my burrito so i order thru post-mates. Got a message it was ready went to pick it up and the lady didn't belive it was me. I gave her my full name being Kristina, and my order name was Krissy. Krissy is short for Kristina... and so I was arguing with her about that and then confirmed my order information with my phone and she still didn't belive me... so I offered to show her my ID and credit card! She still did not believe me!!!! I can not comprehend what just happened... that lady was so rude and straight up ridiculous!
The meal was very good the problem I have with it is that they charged me the same price they charge for the supreme I got French fries with the refried beans cheese the sauces no meat because I just got surgery on my mouth I can't really chill and they still charged me $13 which the first prize actually cost $5 so I pay $8 for a conduits and no meat bad business
Found a bunch of plastic in my burrito. I’m so upset! I usually like to look at my food before I eat it and it looked fine after the first bite but once I got halfway I noticed the texture was weird and it tasted like plastic. when I opened the burrito all the way there were big chunks of plastic! I’m not sure how that is possible? Did someone just dump the meat in and worked so fast they just dumped it in with the bag? I hope I didn’t actually consume any plastic and I hope I don’t get sick from it! Never again! I’ll stick to making home cooked meals. If I do end up getting sick I will need to sue because consuming plastic can cause many complications! For anyone reading this, please look at your food carefully before eating it especially if it’s from here!
I don’t usually like to give bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. We were literally the only car in the drive through and ordered our food. Then told to park until our food is ready. Waited 25 minutes for one burrito to be made. Again, we were the ONLY car waiting for our food. My husband decide to walk to the drive through window and he saw that the burrito was just sitting on the counter while the two girls were just touching their phones. Like WOW! If my husband never walked up to ask for the food, we would have probably waited longer.
First time in and it was amazing! The aromas were mouthwatering from the parking lot. Best Mexican food in Salem.
The way the combination of items are put together in each meal are pleasing to the taste buds! I eat here at least 5 times a week same items, havent got tired of them yet!
Just ordered from here for my first time I loved how they listened to my notes and specific instructions on our food. I got the tacos pollo asada they where very good! And I’m glad it was not shredded meat. My partner got tacos as well as the grande steak burrito he absolutely loved it, Says it’s the best in salem. They got the order done quick! I also ordered beans n rice they where much bigger then I expected u definitely get ur moneys worth I would recommend splitting the beans n rice between two people as I like putting mine on my tacos. If you are craving tacos they won’t disappoint as well as everything else we had.
Great taco shop. Been going here for a while. Beef taco is delicious and not unreasonably greasy! Also had the bacon breakfast burrito and a big cheese quesadilla. My wife had rolled tacos with pico and it was all so delicious. The to go drink size for the combo we got was kind of small though.
Terrible customer service. I go through the drive-thru the lady tells me to wait just a second. I'm sitting there waiting for her to take my order 20 minutes later. She says then I'm ready to take your order. I asked her for plate six. It came with a large drink. I asked if it could come with a large horchata. She said well that's a fine drink so I'm going to have to charge a little extra for that I'm like. Okay that's fine. It's a $12 plate. I can pay a little extra for the large horchata she says then, Oh okay that's 21 dollars and then I try asking her wait, how does it cost 21$? Why is it $21 and silence through the drive-thru radio. I drove from West Salem to get some decent Mexican food but instead I got served a terrible experience instead. It's been a couple years since I last have been here and I remember Tony's taco being a great place to eat, now it's just an eyesore to even be at the whole property is riddled with potholes. If you have a newer car, the fast food here is not worth putting the wear and tear on your vehicle and I would advise you to go to Taco Bell instead.
