Just tried this spot for lunch and it is sub-par.. imagine the McDonald’s of poké/sushi. We really liked Poké Stop for a decent quality quick poké bowl and thought this place might replace it. It definitely will not…The bowl itself was a good portion, the rice was fine but their sauces were mediocre. The most concerning part however was the “salmon.” I’ve seen a myriad of qualities in raw salmon and this is absolutely below the quality of Market of Choice/Fred Meyer sushi.. It looked like lox (extremely orange/no fat ribbons) so I assumed it was smoked but after trying it I realized it was just extremely fishy tasting, probably dyed salmon. It was questionable at best. I guess I’ll update if I get food poisoning.Oh and the red masago tasted like bleach.. it was most likely very low quality artificial roe.Overall, I do not recommend this spot and will not be eating there again. Subo has much much better quality for a quick sushi bowl.
Pretty cool technology in here, you can use the kiosk to order your meal to-go or dine in, but that makes it easy to see all the options available and build your perfect poke bowl! I got an extra portion of salmon for $5 which was worth it and an extra portion of shrimp for $5 that I don’t think was, it was 7 shrimps for $5…yikes. Overall a tasty meal.
I loved this place when they first opened but they kinda have gone downhill the past few times , the most current situation that the guy did not honor the buy one get one half off and get how to eat to extra sauce on side and a hair throughout my roll . I tried reaching out privately to the company but they read my message and ignored . The time before this I got a poke bowl and it had skin still on it and I again reached out and they did respond but almost like they tried arguing that it was not skin to then again respond saying in fact it was and they would comp my whole order for the situation but only did for that one bowl . I hope that they take this and fix these little mistakes because they were the best place to get sushi with a great concept.
We had a few different rolls today and omg best sushi ever. Will be back tomorrow for lunch and again on Saturday! Absolutely LOVE the rewards program and the staff was quick and amazing. -lincoln city location-
Very nice fresh sushi. Ordered vegetable rolls. The rice was still a little warm after delivered by DD. Very tasty. Really nice quality and the tea cup they provide is reuseable with a darling heart shaped stopper. Everything came as ordered which is lovely as I have food sensitivities and the menu is customizable. Will order again.
Don’t order sauce on the side they won’t give you anything but this tiny container. Guy taking order was friendly but not to knowledgeable on food. Lady working was not friendly or welcoming. Food was good customer service was not.
The best sushi around. My 7 year old son ,my 17 and 14 year old daughters also love it . We eat here so much that with their point system we had 30 off lmao . It's that good ! We have tried all but maybe 2 rolls on the menu and loved all , the one that has tempura salmon and tuna is sooo filling . My favorite thing on the menu is the California tuna bowl ? the mango that they add in is such a sweet surprise and works great with it all. The portions are big and very filling. We are not even vegetarian and have enjoyed those options also . Seriously if you haven't tried them you won't be disappointed. I hope that one day the have the crab salad option without anything else in it . That my kids favorite.
Just tried this place for the first time. It’s pretty typical chain sushi. I got a tuna poke bowl with sesame sauce salad and rice, and the seaweed salad. The bowl was bland and a couple of chunks of tuna were kind of chewy. It was a bit light on the amount of fish, but it had a nice mix of veggies. The seaweed salad was slightly weird, sweeter than normal plus a slight flavor of lawn clippings - just as well because they gave me less than half the amount listed on the menu. P.S. I got takeout, and there was no soy sauce or other seasoning in the bag.
Heard great things from friends who've ate here, can't wait to stop by soon!
Both the sushi rolls and poke bowls were excellent. Hard to find that in Oregon. Can’t wait to go again.
