Padingtons Pizza is my families go to for great pizza and special occasions. The Bandito (Taco Pizza) is to die for and the little personal pizzas at lunch time are a great bargain. If I was just rating them on the pizza 5 stars all the way. Unfortunately over the years, most of the people that work for them including the management have been so incredibly rude that it makes it hard to want to go back. They are unapologetic when something was made incorrectly, if you have questions about anything they will answer but look so annoyed that you are bothering them. This is why we no longer dine in or have birthday parties at the restaurant anymore. It's too bad, they could have been the full package.
Padington's has some of the best pizza in Salem. They are generous with their toppings and they're fresh. They offer delivery only through GrubHub, but it's worth the delivery charge.Their staff is friendly and efficient, especially for the price. Padington's is a pizza place my family recommends, every time someone asks what's good in Salem.They also do parties, just make sure you call in advance to set a reservation. They have soda and beer.
Pizza was pretty good, I think their lunch sized pizza is the better deal, it was just enough to fill me up and I could see myself coming back for lunch for the special price, but otherwise their pizza isn’t THAT good to justify spending $25 on a pizza when you could buy better quality for the same price elsewhere. But decent overall.
Enjoyed their pizza for decades despite its high cost, sadly I won’t be back after the song and dance the owner gave me when she obtusely refused to redeem a lunch pizza rewards card.Although their own web site clearly states “enjoy an 11th pizza for free after your first ten” she refused to honor their own rewards program with the excuse that they haven’t been issued for two years.Completely unnecessary hassle for a life long customer (35yrs) over what, a $6 pie? Vs the thousands of dollars spent over that span..Apparently they are as skilled in web site updates as customer service, which is to say zero. Didn’t get my money that day and won’t ever again.
This place is very popular and has amazing pizza their bandito pizza is my favorite! Great place for bday party for kids as you can make. Reservations and also great for adult get togethers also as they do have a bar (beer and wine selections only I believe)
WOW has their pizza gone downhill. This is the 4th time in 6 months and the last time I will go to Padingtons North. Chewy dough and few toppings not like the Original Padingtons we all knew and loved. Reported under cooked pizza but staff just gave excuses and offered no resolution. Not even an attempt. How sad because they used to be the best.
The pizza was really good. Staff was friendly and courteous. The prices are pretty high compared to most places..but it was worth it. The quality and amount of toppings are like none I've ever seen. I was shocked at the price but when I opened that Togo box I totally understood why..WOW!..just WOW.
Very busy. They have the best pizza hands down but the wait time really sucks. Lunch size pizzaa before 2pm is the best deal.... other than the lunch size deals this place is very very expensive so bring plenty of cash! Good environment for the family lots of fun!
First time here and I loved it! A friend treated my bf & I out here for brunch one day. It's pretty cool! Spacious restaurant too! And lots of cool options. I'd definitely come here again!
