First time visit, good chance it won't be the last.I had the Diablo Chicken Wrap. This definitely has some heat to it. So often menu items are advertised as spicy and are only mildly so. Not for this wrap - well done. The sweet potato fries are among the best I've had. Definitely right on par with the Original Roadhouse Grill, which I judge all other sweet potato fries by.My wife had the french dip and was definitely pleased with it. They were definitely not skimping on the meat.Our server seemed to be handling the whole place and was doing a great job of it. She was very friendly and seemed happy to be doing the job. This is quite contrary to the majority of servers these days.
Excellent food, excellent service! We went Saturday for Happy Hour and first of all enjoyed the open atmosphere. The servers were beyond attentive and happy to answer questions. Extra kudos to the amazing bartender, Levi, for his recommendations. The Reuben sandwich here is exceptional, piled with generous amounts of perfectly cooked corned beef, yum! Drinks were spot on as well...highly recommend this place!
Service was slow and steak overcooked. I ordered medium rare and it was definitely medium well. Was not going to complain until the other family members food was delayed in coming out, quite awhile, and then both meals were cold! I spoke to the owner/manager and he said it was cooked correctly and that out of 800 customers a day, I was the only person to ever complain!! So, although he had kitchen remake all 3 of our meals, my steak was still not cooked correctly. He asked me if it was OK and if it was "my medium rare" as if I had a special request! I said it was better so I could just eat and be done but it was still more on the medium side than medium rare) He did not take off my meal or give any discounts. We paid the full bill, minus any tip, and will not be back. (I attached a picture of correct steak temps for his cooks to help those who brave eating here and desire a correctly cooked steak!!)
Really good !! Everyone enjoyed their food, our server was wonderful, she suggested beers for us from their large selection based on what we said we liked and really hit the mark ! My beef dip was quite possibly one of the best I've ever had!
Great selection of food and great atmosphere. Food and drink is well priced and tasted great. Staff recommends the French dip. I got the dip with the famous tater tots and remarked about the them both. Good food. Great staff.

Just moved from Phoenix to Oregon. Oops, we picked the wrong time of year, cold, wet and it snowed! Glad we found Half Penny. We have been there 4 X’s and each time the food has been excellent. Waitress recommended French dip, it was excellent. We since had bbq ribs, macaroni with bacon, burger, prime rib… all excellent. The staff and other customers are friendly. Definitely becoming our go to place for good food at a reasonable price.
We went during lunch, I got a spicy chicken wrap and it was just alright. It was messy to eat the sauce kept spilling out of it. My friend got a cheeseburger and liked it. The side salad was huge like an entree salad! Service was good. I would come back for happy hour

The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, the staff is friendly an prompt, the sweet potato fries are good (would be better with a Thai peanut sauce) but the real show stopper is the Half Penny Mac n cheese with bacon!! Literally the best Mac n cheese I have ever had the pleasure of eating!! Definitely stop by if you have the time, an if you don't... Make the time!!
