Incredible food with great service and atmosphere. We were sat in the basement area which is a little more private. While the place was very busy with a bachelorette party right behind us, they made us feel like the only ones there. The music was fun and engaging without being overbearing. The food was incredible and makes us want to come back, we still can't stop talking about how good it was 2 or 3 days after we had it. This is a wonderful spot to eat and a must in Salem.
Iâm not sure what can be said that hasnât already. Cozy Taberna is very special. Elevated dining and atmosphere for Salem. You wonât find anything else like it in town. Almost all plates are designed to be shared. Some of the small plates arenât actually very small. Especially the salads and the fried artichoke hearts with aioli. The grilled meats were amazing. Complete dinner for two including a pitcher of Sangria and dessert for $100. Super reasonable for a special night out.

The Service was terrific! The peppers with the flank steak were so HOT they were un edible. We had this dish in the past and eat every bite. Other than that our overall meal and experience was great.
My husband and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary at the Cozy Taverna and had a wonderful time.The food was excellent as was the service and the atmosphere. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed a delicious meal which was well served. The server recommended a Tempranillo wine that was excellent, and enhanced the food. We will be back.

The food was very good. The steak was hard to cut though and a little tough.
We sat in an area near the bar and entrance to the restaurant near the open garage doors. The problem is that there were numerous flies that entered the restaurant and made dining somewhat unpleasant! It would seem that an air screen should be installed at the garage door openings if The doors are going to be left open. Our food was very good and tasty! Our server, Brian was attentive and personable and we enjoyed his service.
