Friendly family restaurant, for breakfast and lunch. Good service. Busy. Amazing menu. 109 different omelettes. And scrambled eggs etc. Our omelettes were very good, made of three three eggs. Come with hash browns and toast or biscuits. Very filling. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to Sybil’s since I was young. They are a well known breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Their pancakes are the best I’ve ever had. I always order pancakes when I come here. Their service is top notch. Their waiters/waitresses are so nice. If you’re a regular they remember you and talk with you. They are super attentive to your needs and check on you frequently. Would highly recommend.

We had a positively phenomenal experience with our takeout order today. The food was fresh, of great quality, and appropriately priced. It has that quality, down-home, old-school diner taste and it is GOOD.The staff are Amazing! The lot was full, a party of ten had just arrived when I came to pick up our order, and everyone working was kind, personable, and not even remotely fazed by the busy rush. When I called my order in I was impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the voice on the other side of the line, too.This was by far the best breakfast experience I’ve had in Salem. I can’t wait to come back!
I had my service dog and we had been here a few times with not problem. The last visit the same older waitress who served our family a week before refused to allow us in without a mask. She knows I can not wear a mask and refused to acknowledge my ADA rights. Basically saying she didn't give a damn and I needed to leave. I tried politely talk to her but it was like she was all of a sudden possessed. I asked for the manager but was told to leave the manager was somewhere???? So I left and wrote to the manager but never got a response back. Just as well as the food can be undercooked and the place is not always clean. But now I know THEY ARE ALSO VERY DISCRIMINATORY!!!

Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had! A cozy spot, hiding if you don’t look hard enough. Food was delicious, and staff went above and beyond. We had a table of 8 adults and 8 children under 4 years of age, food was out quick, my coffee cup was never empty, and the waitresses were so incredibly patient and kind. 10/10 would dine there again!
Have not had an omelet in years. Got their signature omelet to go. This was very good. I did observe the dine in customers. Staff was very good, friendly and very attentive. There were a couple of trainees on hand and are being trained to adhere to a standard of service. I would definitely bring the family.
