Small cafe with limited but delicious menu. Specialty seems to be their Kolaches which are a Polish / Ukrainian sweet bread but in this case filled with yummy savory items or topped with sweet delights. They were on the corner by our hotel so over the course of a few days we tasted almost all the savory buns, a couple of the sweet ones, two cupcake and three cookie flavors. All excellent and the dill pickle soup was yummy too. Took lots of photos and while they capture the essence, the flavor must be experienced!
Came to town to visit a dear friend and give her an early birthday surprise. Not being a local we were going to take the lazy route and get a cake from Safeway. But, boy, are we happy we stopped here for coffee first! They had the most beautiful and adorable bunny cake for just $25!! It was champagne flavored and honestly the best cake I've ever had! The texture was fluffy with the right balance of denseness and just perfectly moist, and at room temp it just melts on your tongue. So buttery ? You could really taste the love in that cake! We will definitely be coming back on our future visits!

Grabbed a dozen of cupcakes. Three flavors, Funfetti, Chocolate Raspberry and German Chocolate. Each flavor was perfect!! Moist, delicious, perfect size. Will be coming back for more. Fantastic job! �
I called these guys and set this up 2 weeks in advance... great customer service and friendly staff... and just look at the cupcakes compared to the actual banner... they far exceeded our expectations with the presentation... not to mention that these cupcakes were phenomenal tasting as well... its been almost a week since I picked them up and my mouth is watering typing this lol... so to sum up I highly recommend sweetly baked and I will use only them from now on for anything I do in Salem... thanks for making us look good
