Called them (8 minutes ago) to just ask and make sure their meatballs were warm, and they hung up on me. I was only calling because earlier in the day (technically yesterday) , my boyfriend had ordered a meatball sub (toasted as well) and it was ice cold.. after calling about that, they had said “you will get a call from our manager today” and never got one
Having a local 24 hour subway in town is great! They have a touch screen in drive through! No more misunderstanding on what toppings I wanted. Made fast, the wait time is minimal. Thank you for the awesome subs at all hours!
Arrived at store location employee informed us that she was on her 40 minute lunch break and had to take it. We returned after an hour put our order in twice at the touch screen that was turned off by her both times as we finished our order. So we pulled up to the window and she informed us that unless we're an online order for pick up or delivery that she would not take our order because she was waiting for her boss to tell her yes or no if she can close. She was very rude and instead of telling us anything we sat at the touch screen waiting for it to reboot twice.
I did a mobile order. Showed up before my food was ready by just a few minutes. Sat in the line for literally an hour and at the window waiting for someone to come over. Came home to eat my food because I live across town to discover I got nothing I ordered. Definitely don’t recommend. Happens at this location every single time I go. I’ve never written a review for somewhere before, but experiencing this constantly over the course of eight months. Ridiculous.
The line is super long at night but the sandwiches usually make up for it! The girls that work at night are amazing!! Always super friendly and helpful!
I always get a foot long on Italian herb and cheese with turkey, and provolone toasted.With lettuce, spinach, tomato, olives, Mayo oil and vinegar.Well, it’s one thing to misunderstand in the drive through if you didn’t hear correctly, but when it’s Typed out on a screen there should be no difficulty following directions, as I have worked for subway in the past and know how the system works.My sandwich was so gross… not only did they forget all the cheese, they put a couple slices of turkey, barely and spinach, forgot the olives, put enough Mayo oil and vinegar to make the bread soggy etc…Idk who was working but maybe they need some better training on how to make a proper sandwich, or if they are out of an item, communicate that for other substitutions. I wouldn’t have bought the sandwich if I knew it was made like this, well subway, you for your money though ?? And this pregnant lady gets to go get another sandwich from the other franchise across town.
Doing doordash but when I showed up they already closed lights off and everything but they were very comfortable and had everything on point even though my man's was like 5 mi out still hooked up a good tip either way do your door dash help out your local spots have a wonderful evening
Every single time I go here mess up my order. Every. Single. Time. For the past YEAR.I just got back from there hoping for a change because they have new staff, and I was their ONLY customer. They STILL got my order wrong it and it was one damn sandwich and their only customer. I ordered an Italian, and they charged me and made me a chicken bacon ranch. I know they heard me because the guy repeated “an italian?” back at me, to which I responded “yes, with mayo and mustard please.” I got back a chicken bacon ranch with MAYO AND MUSTARD. It was a horrible sandwich. They never disappoint with how terrible and incompetent they are.
I normally wouldn't be eating so late, but I happened to be on my way home at 12:30am and was hungry. I didn't want fast food (not the kind that was open that late) but found this subway was open 24 hours. I had no idea how to order, but when I explained I was confused at the window the young man there was super helpful and explained to me that they don't take orders at the window. I figured out how to order through the app and the young man there was incredibly patient and friendly. My wrap.was a tiny saucy, but other than that it was a wonderful experience.
My orders are always right and tasty just what I like. Customer service is wonderful there, rare commodity this day and age!
