Well it seems this location has a hard time following online orders with special instructions. My online order was a monumental mess up. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it came as cold as clay. I asked for mustard and Mayo, and there was none of that. The other sub on that order was so messy I could hardly pick it up. It’s not that hard to follow simple instructions, nor is it hard to read. I don’t know if they just weren’t paying attention (which they absolutely should be) or if they just aren’t trained well enough.
Great location and I love the new cushioned chairs but the other day I ordered a sandwich and the bread was boarder line doughy. Not that big of a deal to me as long as I could get a new one. I explained the situation to the girl who works there and she started to argue with me that it’s not doughy. Next time just say ok sir and make a new sandwich.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worst Subway I have ever eaten. The food is always cold, they never make it how you tell them too. This location sucks. I’ll eat with them rodents next time.
Worst experience ever!!!!!! Customer service 0/10 I ordered one meatball and two buffalo wraps and guess what no buffalo sauce. Half of my condiments were missing even though the guy was making it as I gave him the order, AND NO CHEESE!!! Wth is that!?!? I am highly disappointed and won’t be returning.
I went through the drive-thru today and got two sandwiches they both ended up wrong with missing ingredients. When I called the person on the phone who I'm pretty sure was the manager.. gave me attitude and basically called me a liar. Won't be returning. Terrible service
Worst Subway of all time! My meatball sandwich only had 3 meatballs last time and was dry. Tried again today hoping it would be better. Nope. Cold meatballs and a blob of mustard on one end. Nasty! The employees are apathetic.
I went in the other day & a young lad named Hippie made my sandwich. I wasn’t expecting anything special because every time I go to subway they mess up in some way. Hippie did not only make my sandwich delicious and well put together, I truly felt like I left the subway with a new friend. 10/10 would recommend
Was like everyone was new and needed more training, under portioned our wraps and sandwiches
My sandwich is really good sadly customer service was not. I literally stood in front of the cashier for 10 minutes before someone said can I help you or I will be with you in just a moment.
Rude customer service. The red head has a bad attitude.Over charged for a small water.
