We visited the store today at 9:20 P.M and we ordered four foot-longs . Usually the store closes at 9:50 P.M. but the staff didn’t respond to us very well as they are almost closed by 9:20 P.M. The behavior is very rude. Staff was not at all interested in making the orders for us , staff was literally throwing all the toppings we asked for .I Would definitely not go to this subway next time.
They were hazards on the floor when I walk through the door and person starting my sandwich had open burns on her arm that were not covered and I asked about him she ignored me until I got to the cash register after she made my tongue hurt and they got mad at me
It’s true, tattoo face didn’t pay much attention to my order as she was busy conversating with a known customer along with her other co worker, messed up my order.
The girl was very rude, she didn’t care about paying attention to my order. I asked for a specific sub and she started making it but never checked if they had everything needed on the sandwich. When I asked she just say she didn’t check in the back and the avocado was frozen, IT WAS A TURKEY AVOCADO!! She did not apologize or anything, I was just on time to go back to work and she just said that I could pay less for the sandwich, an horrible attitude, I don’t know how is she working there.
Great except for having to repeat myself for every little thing I said. Stop talking to your coworker and listen to your customer and maybe you wouldn't have to act like I wasn't loud enough. Good sandwich though.
The sandwich I ordered was very delicious I bought a foot long sub the new baga chicken bacon sandwich it was very delicious ? even my hubby loved the sandwich.
Forgot one of the subs on my doordash order yet still charged me for one. Sub was clear on receipt but wasn't even in the bag
They were so nice there the store was extremely clean I called ahead to make sure they had meatballs and they did and they save them for my husband and son I am grateful that they did this because most other Subway's will not thank you again for your awesome service I greatly appreciate it and we definitely will be back this was my first time coming to this Subway
Had to push associate to fill my sandwich with veggies but had no problem they were very friendly did a great job
The food was great & the store was clean, but the workers must have been groggy because they were quite a bit slow.. ? ?
