I ordered a sandwich online and it was Sweet onion chicken Teriyaki. There was no Teriyaki sauce on the chicken and this isnt the first time. The Sauce is in the name of the damned sandwich. Subway is skimming and charging more for it. Go somewhere else if you can.
I ordered from door dash and this store accepted the order at 8:30 PM but when the driver went to pick it up before 9 they had locked the doors, turned off the open sign and wouldn’t answer. Then when the dasher couldn’t get ahold of them door dash had to cancel the order. It says that they close at 10PM. This is very sad.
Arrived at opening. There was a person inside, but no one came to unlock the door for over 10mim after their open time.
Messed up 3 of my orders in a row through Uber Eats. Missing my cookie and soda twice now. At least 2 ingredients missing on the sandwich with the wrong type of bread for the 3rd time...
I really wish my husband would stop ordering our sandwich's online at this location. Every single blasted time our orders are wrong and if there is something out we don't get told until after we come and get it then we have to wait longer. Not to mention if what they have costs less than what we ordered they don't give us the remaining money.
This location has given me the absolute worst experiences of my life!! If I order online or even through third parties, they always mess up the order. 100% of the time they mess it up. If you go into the store, it is always horrible customer service and they have no manners. Wish that I could rate it half a star. You guys need to get it together over there.
They had no bread. I couldn't understand why they weren't closed. You're wasting company money by staying open. There's nothing you can make it do that's productive for the company.
I came to the subway 10 minutes before close asking for four sandwiches and this kid said no he can't do the sandwiches cuz they're about to close you might want to get more customer service orientated employees at this store
Seriously, this is the best Subway in town!!I do mobile orders often, usually on hangin' out with my moms night and the sandwiches are always amazing!! One of employees tonight went above and beyond, just a stand up guy and hard worker, he always has a smile and has a very charismatic way of engaging the customers.It has to be hard balancing orders having no time frame limits coming in on mobile and walk in customers ~ seriously, that employee deserves a raise and praise ?
I’m so tired of Subway workers not making a sandwich the right way. A 12 inch tuna sub gets 4 scoops of tuna. Not 2, and not 3! Thanks for the rip-off again subway. Lol
