Today's experience was uncomfortable. I have had other guys serve me there before and they were very nice and sweet. We have been here a few times. We even came multiple times in one week before. We are locals and this location was convenient. The employee who served me today was Josie I believe was extremely rude. Soooo much attitude it was uncomfortable even asking her to put stuff on the sandwich. It's not like she just doesn't want to be there, it's extreme anger and rudeness towards customers. Don't put mean employees to serve customers, give them jobs that don't involve interaction with customers. We are going to check out another subway in West salem.
So I’m the first picture I asked for everything but spinach and tomato and other asked for Cali Turkey, Italian herbs and cheese. Motzerella cheese, avocado. Comes on it.VEGGIES: lettuce, onions, green peppers, cucumbers and jalapenos.SAUCE: Chipotle and mayo! but I mean I won’t be going to this place again at night time anymore
Location is nice and convenient use to be a great place but I’ve had numerous issues with a worker named Jesse. I can never hear what he is asking he looks down and won’t make eye contact- and it’s like I’m pulling teeth if I dare ask him to speak up or repeat the question. Today I went in an asked him to speak up and he put an insane amount of salt on my sandwich (it was crunchy from the amount of salt). I get everyone has off days but this is on a repeated occasion. Needless to say I advise everyone to steer clear and drive to the other location in West Salem!

Store hours say they are open until 10pm. Its always great when at 9:50pm you see an employee run to lock the doors. Because you pulled up.
Love how when the employee saw me walking up at 9:50pm she rushed to lock the door in order to not help. If I could give a zero on service I would.
Probably the worst Subway sandwich I’ve purchased. All bread, which was dry, and very little meat and veggies. I won’t be back to this location.

From the moment I stepped foot inside. The service was not too happy to stop what they were doing to serve me. Food was as good as it gets here at subway.As far as freshness.. . Veggies were visiting other veggies in their containers.Wilting lettuce and old tomato.Not too happy with the cleanliness or service.I suggest you Save your money and go somewhere else.
