The gal working there tonight was amazing!Her hands were full taking care of online order and walk-ins.People might complain that the the staff isn’t being this way or that way… but those people should spend a day in their shoes. These kids are overworked, the restaurants are understaffed and customers take it out on the one person who shows up.This girl was wonderful, she showed up.

I just ordered a spinach wrap rotisserie chicken and there’s like nothing in it very poorly made….not happy

Order twice on the mobile app from this location.1st time they were closed, but still took my money. It took me three days and having to go into the store to get a response and finally my money back.2nd time they took my order, then called to advise they didn’t have the product I ordered.Needless to say, I will not be ordering for this location again as they are unreliable.

I went into the store today. I didn’t get the staffs name but one of the lady’s working there was giving attitude as well as I gave her attitude back because I can’t stand people giving attitude for nothing. I am assuming they could barely understand what I was saying as well. After I headed to pay one of the lady’s told me something and I asked her to repeat because I did not hear her and she just said never mind. I needed kids for my drinks and I asked her for it and she threw them. I treat people however they treat me I didn’t come into the store with no attitude but as soon I got that from the staff I did the same.

Me and my wife stopped in there for dinner for our family and we were helped by a worker named Jacob he was awesome and very helpful and very kind.there was a girl working with him who was not at all friendly and was actually very rude.jacob made up for it by taking on our whole order and being so kind.i would think his manager should recognize his good workmanship and incredible way he has with customers.i will be following up with his manager and hopefully if you stop by this subway you will get Jacob to help you.

Worst customer service ever waited twenty minutes for my sandwich in a empty store music playing cuss words took her twenty minutes to make two sandwiches hoping if she took long enough we would leave horrible experience

We ordered some bowls from here and when we came in at the time of pick up the two girls working had just started our order. Instead of trying to hurry to help us out they worked even slower to finish our order, making us extremely late for an appointment we had. 10:25am pickup on July 31 2021. Also, they were not busy. We were the only customers besides one guy that came in after us.
