I was met with this new girl with blonde hair and flushed red cheeks (probably from running to clock in or something), she was a bit slow but my respect for her is through the roof. I don't know her name, but if you're reading this, I believe in you and I hope the best for you!! ? You're super sweet and I hope you raise some money to get whatever you want in life and make sure to take care of your mental health! <3
Sat in long line got to board to order in drive thru and girl says sorry we can’t handle 4 sandwiches at drive thru we usually have customers come in. If I wanted to go in I would not be in drive thru and 4 sandwiches you can’t put together. People need to quit smoking.
I had worked here for a short period. The coworkers were great, but the owner does not care about how the stores are run or if they cleaned and maintained properly. Near the end of my time working here my coworkers and I had seen rats moving about and getting into food. We brought this to the attention of the owner and they refused to shut down the store to take care of the problem. Instead the owner blamed us. I would not recommend this location to anyone as I can not assure that the food will be sanitary and healthy for consumptIon. Especially in the current climate with Covid still going around. There are many more problems I would like to get into but I wanted the public to at least know about the rat infestation. I got a coupon in the mail for Subway deals, so I thought why not. I had worked a double and didn't feel like cooking so I decided subway would be quick and easy. I went to the store and the lady helped me with my order. I ordered a steak and cheese, and 2 turkey subs CaliFresh. I have not been to Subway in over 3 years. Apparently the coupon for 17.99 excluded the CaliFresh. I explained to the cashier Ken I wasn't aware. He basically said it was my fault and rang me up for 34.99. Mind you I didn't get the cheese or guacamole I felt paying double was outrageous I offered to pay the difference for the bacon and he said no. Again he said 34.99 and it said it on the coupon. I told him I didn't see it or I would not ordered it. I wouldn't pay 15 dollars for a few pieces of bacon. I told him to remove the bacon. I was degraded in the store. He said he couldn't remove it. I said remake the sandwich minus the bacon. He again said I should have read the coupon. This is inside the store mind you. I felt so embarrassed. The lady who assembled my order asked Ken if we could resolve the problem. He eventually charged me additional for the bacon. I will NEVER enter that store again. I will tell everyone I work with and all my friends how I was treated and to stay away from Subway.I asked for a manager and I was told Ken was the assistant manager. Iasked for his manager's name and he refused. He told me to complain to corporate. Ken was rude beyond words. He didn't have a name tag so I don't know if that was his real name.
Drive through is super slow. How long does it take to make a sandwich? At this location, expect to wait 15-30 mins!
30 minutes in drive thru with only three cars me being the third.they are either under staffed and just completely lost.
