Said they were open but I guess only for take out. Might of dodged a bullet.
Eh I ordered avocado bubble tea here but it was very VERY lightly sweetened. . It seemed like I was paying for some blended water and avocado. But its connected to one of the busiest asian stores in salem so ??♀️ you win some you lose some. It was busy at Ocean Star so that's what im.chalking it up to. Food here is probably ? tho. Will edit when I eat there.
Lady told me they were closed because the Ukraine war and will be open when the war is over... Umm... What?
Cancel my DoorDash order once during a dinner rush - I understand it gets busy, you get overwhelmed, hard to get things done. I try again in a few weeks after one successful order, happens again. Now this third time getting my ordered cancelled after making me wait 45 minutes is complete garbage. Figure it or don’t accept orders. The decent food is absolutely Not worth this type of customer service…
This place has reopened with a significantly reduced menu. They are mostly only doing bubble tea / drinks. The place was decent when it was doing food but it seems like it may be a while before that restarts.
Lots of stuff other again markets don't got.
Their Boba is the worst I’ve ever had. It’s like water with lavender color. I brought that to their attention after they asked how my drink was, and their answer is their shipment is delayed for supplies so they are reducing the amount of powder in the drink, but they will remember me next time to put a little more Boba powder. So, basically, u pay the same amount with reduced amount of main ingredients. It was so disgusting! Have your Boba somewhere else other than this place.
Delicious sushi, good service. Have had a few different rolls and one of their soups and its all been delicious. Fresh and yummy.
Ordered 2 bubble teas. They were ready when we arrived. They were very good. Also have had food delivery and it was excellent. Reccomend this place!
Terrible service. Extra employees casually dining in center table reeked of cigarettes and cologne. They came in after we had already say down at the table next to them. They're go back behind the counter, they come back. In and out, smoke some more. After waiting forever to be given menus, took forever to order. Waitress was the only one that would eventually acknowledge us and they were bogged down with take out but that was her priority. There was only one other table dining. They ordered before we came in and still hasn't received their order by the time we left to make it to our show. We ordered miso and another appetizer. The one guy making sushi laughed when we asked how much longer it would take. Why couldn't they bring us our soup at least? No reason to stay, I'm starving. Tacos next door were great and took five minutes to make fresh. ? Prices weren't amazing or anything considering the budget atmosphere of this place. Casino carpet throughout. Give your employees a break room in the back by their smoking patio.
