Yes please! EXCELLENT crust…indescribable! Sign me up for the chicken bacon ranch or the Mediterranean or any of their other fresh selections ready by slice if you desire! They have saved me several times between obligations when I needed to eat, had limited time and didn’t want “fast food”. Awesome crew, dine in or take out , HOT slices, more than reasonable prices. Central location for those on the run from here to there and everywhere
My wife and I had never tried pizza from here and were looking forward to getting a couple of slices of pizza from here the other day. We walked in and waited while the cashier finished helping the people in front of us. After helping them, she went to the back…..she didn’t acknowledge or greet us…..just went to the back. We stood there for about 3 minutes and another employee walked past us without saying anything to us, either. After another minute or so, we just walked out. It’s not like they were busy….other than the people in front of us, we were the only people in the restaurant (it was about 2:00 on a Tuesday afternoon). We won’t be back.
Came in at 6:30, place was empty. All the tables were dirty. Garbage cans full to overflowing. I was happy to get my husband to come here, as I usually really like this place. I won’t get him to come back. There were multiple pizzas out, but they were all old and dried out. We forged on, too hungry to go elsewhere. We point out the pizza we want. Low and behold she pulls out slices from under the counter that we’re even sadder than those on display. We walked out.
This location is our go to location because they are polite, fast, and the pizza is perfect every time! I get a slice of the special, the cheese, or Canadian bacon and pineapple (yes I’m that person!) when it’s available, and it’s as close to an East Coast slice as you can get here on the West Coast. It’s always crispy, hot, and the slices are always a meal by themselves. Fantastic service and fantastic pizza at a good price!
We called in for a pickup order of a large pizza, two orders of wings, and a large caesar salad. They said it would be ready in 35-40 minutes. We showed up to pick up the food 40 minutes after we had made the call. I went to the counter to pick the food up and pay. I was told my order would be ready shortly, 8 minutes to be exact. Nothing unusual at this point...I then proceeded to watch our pizza be made, our wings get made, and our salad get made. While this was going on, one of the cooks was eating bread sticks and touching our food and other's food without washing his hands. Both cooks had their mask's pulled down almost the entire time as I sat their watching. The restaurant received a phone call from a customer that was inquiring about the ETA of their delivery. After reading multiple reviews for this restaurant, poor delivery service seems to be the norm. The employee that worked the register and took our order over the phone noticed that our meat lovers pizza was missing Canadian bacon. The cook that was eating the bread sticks the entire time then attempted to grab cold Canadian bacon and put it on our already cooked pizza... I stopped him immediately and told him that I did not want that on our pizza. He looked at me sideways and tossed the meat back into its dish.I ended up sitting in the restaurant for an additional 30 minutes after I had paid... Remind you, our food was supposed to be ready when I first arrived.I brought my concerns to the employee that was running the register. I told her that it was not her fault, but what I had witnessed needed to be addressed. Her reaction to my concerns was as if she had been desensitized to these types of conversations with customers. This made me feel very bad for her, because I would hate my life if that was something that I had to endure on a regular basis.The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but a restaurant's reputation is much more than just that. I know employers are struggling to hire and keep competent employees right now, however the owner needs to be made aware of what is going on. I hope this review is taken seriously and changes are made so that the good pizza can be accompanied with a pleasurable experience.
The calzone was super small.Ive never had one that was full of juice/liquid (watever it was) like this was.Made inside soggy
First time we have tried SFNY Pizza and we just loved it! Ordered the combination Pizza, calzone, and Buffalo wings. All were awesome! Great service and worth the wait!
This has to be the best pizza I've ever had, and I've been to New York and this is just like what I got there. Absolutely authentic and amazing and it came quick and fresh. The ingredients are delicious good quality and the crust is absolutely 100% on point handmade so so good
Horrible service. Pizza was 30 minutes late, no apologies and was just sitting there getting cold while it waited to be delivered. we know cause we asked how long it would take to make if we headed down to get it ourselves. oh ..it was ready. just sitting there. No worries, they offered to refund the delivery charge. Ridiculous. Courtesy calls are helpful. Running crazy late, offer some bread sticks or something. Definitely don't have a nasty attitude when people just wonder where their food is.
What a great place and good food. Friendly atmosphere and love the seating arrangement too. Good for wheelchair access too.
