On two separate occasions after receiving my order of a grande iced shaken espresso, there is always a lingering taste of raspberry syrup in my drink. This makes it very unpalatable. I’ve concluded it’s the stores problem, as I will drive a ways up the road to Keizer and order from their store and it tastes like it should: An iced espresso with milk And three pumps of syrup without a hint of raspberry.I understand mistakes happen and I don’t mean to publicly bring this up, but I haven’t found a way to report to the manager online that this has been taking place.

DO NOT ORDER INSIDEThey prioritize drive thru and mobile orders. Ordered 1 mocha and it took 11 minutes in an empty location. Watched all the cars sitting in the drive thru when I pulled in get served and go, mobile orders come and go and then FINALLY I see my sticker reached for, stuck to a cup and made...11 minutes after I ordered. It wasn't made correctly either but I was already late to pick someone up so I wasn't gonna ask for it made correctly after waiting that long for the wrong thing anyway. Happy Sunday?

Stopped in the drive thru enroute home - simple order 2 drinks - nothing fancy. Venti Mocha - Grande Americano with 1 sugar and cream. Received a Grande Mocha and a Venti Americano - no sugar no cream - On the receipt it read correct, marked on the cups was correct...... returned inside to listen to a snappy barista explain that she didn't take the order - she just fulfilled the order - to which I pointed out the labeling on each cup.... and she just huffed and walked away. Poorest service, and attitude I've ever seen - thankfully there was a Dutch Bros just down the road who could get the simple order correct......without the attitude.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for YEARS- way before it was a drive through location- and it has just sunk with customer service. There are certain times of the day where it is pretty great (early morning or right before closing) but for the majority of the day, the service has become awful. Messed up drink orders, baristas with attitudes and just a lack of that "Starbucks welcome". I feel as though I'm inconvenient anymore as a customer- I don't have complicated drink orders but some baristas do not take the time to listen fully to my whole drink order and when I get up to the window, get my coffee & politely inform them of what my order should be, I'm met with rudeness & then a worse off 'remake' coffee that tastes horrible. I will not be coming back after 23+ years of coming here and spending at least $500 a month on coffees (for myself and coworkers). Please do better with your customer service, baristas- get off the phone, stop complaining to each other when customers can hear and be friendly.

I went at 8pm, on a Saturday. Google said it closes at 9pm. When I got there it was closed. I would suggest changing the time if you don't close at 9pm.

If you’re looking for a sweet treat, a great sandwich for breakfast or lunch, and most definitely a terrific cup of coffee..... Starbucks is the place to go!!!
