I have been visiting this location for more than 10 years. They used to allow people to remain inside until 10 am when they closed. The staff were very good and cared about customers. In the last two years, I have visited a half dozen times and the experience was nearly always so bad I just do not want to return. The music is set so loud I cannot have a conversation with someone sitting next to me. I recorded today the decibel level was 95-100 before asking them to turn it down, then it was 77 to 95. Then they keep the place very cold, when asked to turn up the heat, they always say, "I'll talk to the manager." But in the midst of winter the AC is full blast and its at 45 degrees. I have complained at the store and on their Facebook page, but nothing changes. Now they have a policy to get everyone out the door by 9pm, this is what they told me today, even though it states on their door, 10pm. For all these reasons I always go to Starbucks as my last choice in this town. They need new management or train the current staff in better customer service.
Loved this location. Ample seating indoors and few outside. Staff work well together and are quick to get drinks put. Space and bathrooms were clean. Great space to meet and hang out. My drink came out perfet too.
Drive-thru line seemed long, but they pushed us through very quickly. Great service and our drinks were tasty.
Asked for my coffee in a clean blender because of an allergy to nuts and the girl said ok do you want almond milk? And then proceeded to make it in a dirty nutty blender and lied to me about it being clean. Threw away my coffee. Church street Starbucks for the win.
I go to this Starbucks in all the ways of ordering, inside, drive through and mobile. Always quick and super friendly. Always clean and a good place to get work done!
They do not even mix your drinks, I could see my espresso on the bottom, my coffee in the middle and my flavoring floating on top. The most inexperienced baristas that make the most terrible drinks/coffee. I highly advise you to not waste your money here and pay the little extra amount at a dutch bros. It's worth it and you will not be disappointed.
This place is usually great but I went today and I literally sat in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for my drink. I then went up to check myself and my drink had been sitting up there the whole time and was now cold because the girl was refusing to say anyones name??? I literally watched her put these two girls frapps up on the counter without saying their name and I literally had to tell them “hey I think those are yours.” Like if I didn’t say anything then their drinks would have melted and they would have wasted their money. I watched the girl who was making the café drinks standing around bored and staring into space before realizing she had drinks to make. As a Starbucks employee myself, we are supposed to say the names nice and loud so that people get their drinks as soon as possible; this, at the bare minimum. I guarantee you if her supervisor saw what she was doing she would have been removed from the floor. Lazy. I can only say that she wasn’t doing her job because I work at starbucks and know what she should be doing. The lobby wasn’t even busy when this happened.
Delicious, I had grilled cheese ,and banana bread, can't afford to go often, but always worth it when I spurge.
Very friendly staff and processed orders quickly even though they were busy.
This is our go to Starbucks, usually no problems. My kids get CREAM Frappuccinos because they're kids. The last few times they have been made with coffee. Even though I asked them to make sure due to the last few visits. We get home and one is made with coffee... when you have 2 kids out makes it a big deal! Then went back the next night to get my son one since he had to do without the night before while his sister got hers. I explained what had happened again and still she handed me a coffee one and they had to remake. I'm not looking for anything free but as a restaurant GM I would not have had the guest pay for it especially after mistake after mistake.
